  • Plain water is just making my nausea worse, so I've been doing diet ginger ale, Gatorade (in small amounts because of the sugar) and at least flavored seltzer water (Polar has no sodium in it). Also peppermint tea is very soothing, so I've been trying that in the mornings.

    @candycem It's fermented tea - you can buy it flavored at most health food stores or brew it at home. Good source of probiotics. For people who like carbonation it's a better option than soda.

  • Orange soda and apple juice.

    Water tastes metallic, so I can't tolerate it. I keep trying though, because I know I need it.

  • I used to chug water all day long, but now the mere thought of it makes me retch. So...I'm drinking lemon-lime gatorade and water with major squirts of minutemaid lemonade flavoring (like mio) in it. Even my beloved pellegrino makes me gag.

  • Water w lemon and cucumber infused, regular water, ginger ale, motts apple juice for kids meaning 40% less sugar basically regular motts diluted with water
  • Lots and lots of water.  But also a cup or two of coffee in the morning and/or afternoon and an occasional diet dr pepper.  I'm trying to cut back on the caffeine but honestly, it's the only thing that is keeping me going right now!

    Whaaaaaaaat?! I had no idea! I drank this at the very beginning but lately it tastes off so I have refrained from making myself some. This gives me the sads!
  • Sparkling water, half a cup of coffee (the other is left on a counter somewhere before my kid lets me finish it), and all the lemonade I can find.

  • I've been really digging the V8 Fusions.
    For sure! That and water are really the only things I've been drinking... wish I could have a glass of wine though ; )
  • Water and tea mostly, a cup of half caf a few times a week - the mental perk is worth it.
  • I brew decaf white tea and keep it in the fridge. Then I add frozen fruit - berries or a tropical blend. Delicious!!
  • I've been sticking to water with different flavors of Mio.  I'm really digging' the lemonade, black cherry, and fruit punch.  Good luck staying hydrated!
