IUI cysts and can I be pregnant?

I just had my 3rd round of IUI with clomid and injectibles. I was fine for the first few hours, then later last night I started getting pretty bad pain on my right side where my eggs are. It hurts to walk, sit and pee. I have a call into my RE to see if this is normal but I'm reading that it could be cysts. Has anyone had cysts and had a BFP? I'm really worried now because everything I'm reading says they didn't get pregnant that cycle. :-<

    Well I did call. And they said between the clomid, HCG shot and having 2 eggs, it's normal my ovulation pain would be intensified. So that makes me feel a little better :)

    I'm feeling MUCH better today!! Still a little crampy here and there. But it must've been the meds. I've never had that before so it was a little scary not knowing what's going on! Now to keep busy during the 2ww!
