I lost about 12 when the separation happened and morning sickness kicked in the end of December. Have very slowly gained some back but no gain in the last 6 weeks.
I'm 30 weeks and the scale fluctuates, but it's about 25 pounds... I was hoping not to gain more than 30 so if I want that to be possible I'm gunna really have to buckle down... Who am I kidding? Not gunna happen. Oh well! I've lost it twice, I can lose it again! Still feeling super discouraged and unattractive for the time being though...
-18 lbs (lost 22 lbs in the beginning from MS...gained 7 lbs back...lost 3 lbs recently from the return of MS)
I'm a plus size gal and started my pregnancy with my weight at my "high end" due to multiple courses of steroids over the previous year. So even if I end up less than my pp weight at delivery, I still have some work to do to get back down to my "comfortable" weight!
27 weeks 3 days and up 20-22lbs from my positive test. Gained about 10lbs though beforehand with fertility treatments.... I try not to think about those 10lbs though because without them I probably wouldn't be pregnant.
30+ weeks and I've lost 10-13lbs I'm obese so my dr is very happy with me losing instead of gaining. I hope to continue eating healthy since my hormones actually being regulated is what's allowing me to lose weight.
I am so happy that you made this thread! It's good to know that I am right on track with a lot of you ladies. On Monday I went to the Dr. and got a talking to about my weight gain. He told me to cut my calories, lay off the sweets, no fruit and no fruit juice. His exact words were "We'd hate to see someone think like you turn into someone huge." He made me cry. I left feeling awful about myself and confused because at the appointment before him another Dr. in the practice told me that I needed to gain weight ughhh....I decided screw him. I'm still in the normal weight gain for my height, work out 5 times a week and I'm over 6 months pregnant! That being said...
@SaraRL07 has the right idea.
What the hell is the point of this thread? Who cares how much you've gained? Isn't it hard enough being surrounded by messages of (implied or otherwise) of what a woman "should" look like/weigh when we aren't pregnant? You gain what your body needs (or don't if that's what is better for you and your baby based on doctors guidance) and that should be good enough. Why are we comparing notes on this?
Almost 30 weeks and last week I had gained 23 pounds. Overall I'm cool with it and hope to stay in the 40 pound range. I eat healthy-ish but my work out have slacked off. With my first I gained 65 pounds while eating healthy and exercising. I was so stressed and hard on myself. I lost the weight relatively easy though. I decided this time to cut myself some slack.
Jealous of your poop babies. I'm almost to the point of a poop cs. And I eat prunes and AllBran for 2 freaking meals a day.
I went to pills - Colace twice a day and fiber pills. And double the Colace as needed due to iron supplements. I birth a good one every other day or so.

@jnnfrrose6 - I'm comparing with others so that I know that I am the chunkiest of them all! Muahaha! Feed me burritos!
Really, if people don't want to say, then they don't have to.

@1982Babies and @BPaws I get the commiseration part of it, that's what most of us do on here pretty regularly. I just don't get the need to put the numbers down and what week you are. Every pregnancy is different. We're all going to gain weight (again unless your doctor's guidance has you doing otherwise), so why focus on the number? What difference does that make?
They are going to take baby out at 35-36 weeks, so I'm trying to fatten him up in there....I'm not sure if it works that way, but that's my justification for the nightly milkshakes
He grew by a pound in the last 2 weeks, so maybe it's not so crazy after all!

FET Oct 2013 with delayed transfer, intralipids, lovenox & prednisone= first BFP of my life!
30 weeks and 29lbs. Dr said he would like me to gain about 8lbs the rest of the pregnancy... considering I gained 7 the past 2 weeks I am nervous. Makes me feel better to know others have gained a similar amount.
I stopped weighing myself about a week and a half ago because I was getting depressed. I didn't even pay attention to the scale today at my OB appt. I'm guessing I'm probably close to 20 pounds bigger, but when I look in the mirror I just feel awful so decided to stop with the scale all together. No reason to make myself feel worse with a number! As long as the Dr says I have a healthy weight gain and DH thinks I still look normal (he would be kind but honest if I didn't), then I'm done caring. I have enough going on to add that to my stress plate!
I was really hoping the second time around I'd get smarter, and leave the cookie, cake, and pastry craving alone. But alas I have gained about 32 pounds so far... Meh whatever, this is probably our last, so I'll enjoy eating whatever I want (I really do eat some vegetables ), while I have an "Excuse".
