Two very important things

1. Will decided to start cooing and smiling tonight. He's in a good mood because . . .

2. He is getting his new and improved heart first thing tomorrow! Will has surgery at 7:30 tomorrow morning. It should take 4-5 hours and the goal is full repair! If we are really really lucky it will be valve-sparing. Will is almost back to being a healthy little boy!

Calm enough. It's been a very trying day and I'm exhausted. That's keeping me pretty sedate.

I figure I'll have plenty of time to freak out in the morning.

Good vibes sent out to you guys that everything goes as best as possible. He had to start cooing today to tell you that he's a tough little guy & has this surgery handled mom. Enjoy those sweet smiles they are the first of many more to come.
