Have you found any drinks that you can hold down? Trying a few varieties including plain water but would love recommendations on what you've found to drink to stay hydrated. Thanks!

Water with ginger, cucumber, and lemon slices in a giant Nalgene bottle...and ice. I wish it was a beer though. Yardwork sans beer is going to make for a long summer.

There is this awesome soda I found at Ralphs that is melon/cucumber. So good. Other than that lemon water, ginger ale, and Squirt have been my jam.

Trader Joe's Reduced Sugar Pink Lemonade and True Lemon raspberry lemonade. I am doing tart way better than plain water right now. Both of the above are sweetened with stevia, so I don't feel too guilty.
Trying to grow our family with both fertility treatments and adoption since March 2009
I start my day with 2 (gigantic) cups of coffee… those are usually done by 10:00… then I wait it out as long as possible before chasing it with a coke zero, I sometimes sneak 2 cups of that. After that, I know I'm well beyond the acceptable limit of caffeine for any normal human being, let alone a pregnant one… so I force myself to drink water, and it usually takes all that I have in me to NOT drink more coke or coffee.
I still take a nap with my 2 year old and I'm still horizontal for the night by 8:00 PM.
I honestly can't imagine giving up caffeine. I would probably die.
I've always had a really hard time consuming the appropriate amount of liquids in a day, pregnant or not. Now more than ever I try to push myself to drink as much water as I can (which isn't much). DH went out and bought me 6 bags of Hot Fries so that my mouth would be on fire causing me to drink more haha. You gotta do what you gotta do!
I have a cold so I have been drinking hot water with lemon and honey. Otherwise I don't mind plain water. A slice of lemon is nice in plain water though.

A lot of water, diet soda and almond milk. Also ice cream shakes believe it or not. Idgaf about the calorie content since I'm not eating more than the equivalent of one meal per day. Anybody else waking up to pee a lot?
Water and decaf fresh brewed iced tea with a splash of Wawa lemonade. I WOULD be drinking Passion Tea Lemonade from Starbucks like it's my job but I found out the hibiscus in it is a big no-no for pregnant ladies.
Decaf coffee when I need it/miss the taste of coffee.
Kombucha.
Raw milk.
Green smoothies.
Wow, I really drink a freaking ton of stuff.
What's kombucha?
I've also heard apricot nectar is supposed to be really good for ms. But have yet to find it in a regular grocery store or trader joes and am too lazy to go to the health food store lol
A lot of water. I like to add flavored seltzer water to juice. It cuts the sugar and gives me a nice fizzy drink. Also the occasional ginger beer and coffee.

Yes! Mio helps me get enough water. I can't drink plain all the time.
Other than that, I have one cup of caffeinated coffee with flavored creamer in the morning, another cup of decaf if I'm craving more.
