My husband and I are expecting a baby girl in July and we are stuck between our top 3 names.
The names are:
Zofia (after DH's Polish grandmother) and we would call her Zoey.
Genevieve and we would call her Genna.
Cora (and we would call her....Cora)

I love all 3, and we had originally intended to use Zofia for sure, but it seems like everyone is naming their kid Sophia (or some version of it) and it is ranked #1 right now. I definitely don't like that it's so close to the most popular name in America right now, but maybe it's different enough to get away with it?
Please share your thoughts and favorite of the 3! Thank you!

I voted Cora.
I agree with PP about Zofia seeming like a unique version of the overdone Sophia/Sofia.
I think Genevieve is so pretty on paper but sounds awful in real life. There is a little girl at story time with this name and hearing it out loud is like nails on a chalk board for me. It is a very hard name to wear.
