Hey ladies! OMG, I'm still in shock and am so excited to post this.
First, I need to thank the ladies of TTCAL for giving me a home for the last 9 months. I found the community when I was having a really hard time and you ladies gave me a shoulder to cry on, a swift kick in the butt when I needed it, so much knowledge that I didn't realize I was lacking, and moments of laughter as well. I don't know if I could've made it this far without you there cheering me on. I will miss you ladies, but if you feel someone looking over shoulder it's just me checking out your charts. I cannot thank you enough for everything!
Now, a little about me, I have twin boys that will be three next month that were conceived with injectables and IUI. My second pregnancy was a surprise, but our little girl went to heaven Feb 2013 due to T21, AV Septal Defect and brain cysts. We tried on our own for 8 months before I gave up and went back to the RE. This was our 4th IUI cycle and I had taken Wondfo tests on 9 (because I couldn't help myself),10 and 11DPO...all negative. Today, I used a FRER at 12DPO and got a positive. I have a beta scheduled for tomorrow, so I hope for good numbers. I will probably have a second beta Saturday or Monday and then an u/s next week.
Of course, PGAL brain is already kicking in and I won't relax until I find out how many are in there and whether he/she/they are healthy. I'm still having some OHSS symptoms, so that's been fun. All of these worries, but for now, I'm here and I'm ecstatic!!!
Update: My beta came back as 115.8. That sounds like a pretty good number to me. I go back Monday for a second beta and then we schedule an u/s. Is this really happening?
I can't thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support and I never knew I had so many stalkers!
