    Any other milestones? She grabs at my shirt, she's starting to smile a lot, she's slept through the night 3 times, and she raises her head far up when she's laying on her tummy.

    She was 6 lbs 14 oz 3 weeks ago (she will be 8 weeks tomorrow). We have her 2 month checkup next week.

    Starting to social smile and coo. Can ruin an outfit in 30 seconds with puke or poop.

    Weight? He hasn't been officially weighed since 3 weeks, but I stepped on my scale with him last week and he weighed 12 lbs. :) Chunker. 

    What size clothes?  0-3, some onesies are too small, I just got his 3-6 month clothes out of the dryer.... what?!?

    What size diapers?  1... thinking about going up to 2 soon. He is starting to blow out more. 

    Any other milestones?  He is 5 weeks 4 days. Starting to social smile. Is awake longer times during the day. Still waking up every 2-4 hours at night to feed (ebf)

    - He was 10 lbs exactly last Wednesday at 1 month

    - Still fits into a few 0-3 month, but moving to 3-6 month (he's tall)

    - Just moved into Pampers size 2's
    - he would definitely leak through 1's (as he did a couple times already)

    Any other milestones?
    - self soothing (hands to mouth)

    Weight? Well she was 7.11 at her 2 week check up and I don't have another appointment until she is two months. (I found this strange, but she seems to be gaining a lot)

    What size clothes? in between newborn and 0-3

    What size diapers? NB

    Any other milestones? Apparently she social smiled at my mom yesterday, but I can't get her to do it yet. She seems like she is beginning to focus on items though now.

    1st FET 2/14/2013 Happy Valentines Day! - BFN
    2nd FET 6/14/2013     - BPF!!! -
    1st Beta:     1046!!!!! - 2nd Beta: 2754!!!!!
    First u/s 7/11/2013 - TWINS!!! 120 and 124 heartbeats <3
    Second u/s     7/29/2013 - wiggley babies! 178 and 184 heartbeats!
    Third u/s     9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks.
    Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
    MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
    Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm  --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
    MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
    MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

    Still NB. Tried a size 1.. Still way too big

    She focuses good and really reacts to voices. Her head control is improving. She's 4 weeks today

    Weight: According to the bathroom scale a little over 13lbs. Little chunker! He has his two month appointment on Wednesday so I'll get an official weight then. He'll be 9 weeks old on Wednesday too.

    What size clothes? 3 months

    What size diapers? Size 2

    Any other milestones? He social smiles a lot and can hold his head up real well. He's started grabbing toys (toy keys are his favorite) and he's absolutely fascinated by the mobile on his crib and the stuff dangling from his activity mat. He's currently working on rolling over. He hasn't done it yet but he can almost roll onto his side from his tummy so its just a matter of time!

    Weight : last week at One month check up she was 9pounds 8 ounces

    What size clothes?A few newborn stuff but mainly 0-3

    What size diapers? We are squeezing into the few newborn diapers we have left but mainly size 1.

    Any other milestones?Shes starting to laugh , coo and smile ! It melts my heart !!

    Weight? His 2 month appt. isn't until next week but according to our scale he's around 13 lbs.

    Any other milestones? He's a smiling & cooing fool! He also has been getting really good at getting himself to fall asleep without a fussy fit or endless back pats from mom.

    I think she's weighs about 8 1/2lbs
    For clothes she's still in a lot of nb, and some 0-3, diapers also NB but I plan to move to 1's when I run out of these..
    Any other milestones? Hmm...
    She only gets up once a night.. She's starting to grip my hands and a few toys.. I'm getting a few side smiles and her eyes seem to focus a little more when she's awake!

    We find out tomorrow at her 2 week checkup. (She'll be exactly 3 weeks old though.)

    Newborn! :D Everyone told me she probably wouldn't even need newborn sized clothes, so it brings me great pleasure that she still fits them 3 weeks later.

    What size diapers?

    Size 1.

    Any other milestones?

    She's sleeping anywhere from 5-7 hours straight overnight. It's a beautiful thing!

    Weight? It would be a guess.. haven't been back to the doc in a couple weeks but he was 7lbs 2oz at the last appt

    What size clothes? NB but I think he is starting to outgrow them

    What size diapers? NB

    Any other milestones? Hes been able to hold his head up incredibly well since the day he was born. He has an amazing sleep schedule and i just change and feed him when he wakes every few hours and he is right back to sleep. Today is the first day i can tell he is really trying to smile! But he has a little ways to go

    Turned 6 wks old Friday and weighs a about 12 lbs.

    0-3 clothes- has room weight wise but is stretching out of footed sleepers

    Size 1 diapers, although I have a bunch of size '1-2' pampers from a diaper cake and have been using them some...what's with the '1-2'?? They are smaller than other size 1s?

    Tons of smiles, a few laughs, good head control, starting to grasp for toys

    NB she is really long and skinny

    NB and 1 just depends what I have at the moment.

    Lifts her head during tummy time:) sleeps through the night, smiles, almost roll over, and doesn't scream during baths:) she is getting so big so fast!

    Weight? Not sure... She was 9 lb 6 oz at 9 weeks. She's 11 weeks now so I'm guessing she's nearing 10 lbs.

    What size clothes?

    3 mo. Can still fit in most newborn still though

    What size diapers? Using cloth, but just her newborn ones. Will be switching to OS in the next couple weeks.

    Any other milestones? She loves to stand! Her head control is great so we hold her up around her chest. She's also following her mobile great.

    Any other milestones? He can eat like nobody's business and fart like a trucker! At only 3 weeks he hasn't hit too many milestones. He has pretty good head & neck control for being so young.

    He's starting to be able to control his head a lot better, and he can smile a bit in response to certain things instead of just random smiles!
