How long has your longest LP been?

So here is the story.  I have PCOS, after some weight loss and metformin I have started to O on my own.  I did O on CD42 this cycle, I had EWCM, O cramping, and a temp spike.  So on CD14 I had a BFN, and now i'm CD16 and still no AF in sight.  Because I am still so new to O'ing and temp charting i'm just not sure how long a LP can be?  Just wondering how long I could potentially expect?

2002- Diagnosed with PCOS at 18
10/11-10/12 - tried to conceive naturally with Metformin, due to PCOS never had a cycle
10/12-12/12 3 cycles of Clomid - fail
6/13- 1st cycle on Clomid 50mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel- BFN
7/13 2nd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 1st IUI - BFN
8/13 3rd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 2nd IUI - BFN
9/13 4th cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel - Benched with Cysts
From 12/13 to current I have ovulated 4 times naturally
Currently on break to get healthy.... 35 pounds down, 13 to go!

    My longest LP was 16 days but it is normally 14-15. I also have PCOS. My RE has suggested I test if I have not received AF by 16dpo.
    Me: +35 DH: +35
    TTC: Since January 2013 
    DX: PCOS. Severe Endometriosis, Unicornuate Uterus w/only left tube and left ovary, Pedunculated fibroid (on the outside of uterus) and Anovulation. All conditions diagnosed 8/13
    TX: Metformin
    DH DX: MFI - low morphology, low motility
    Ultrasound shows both kidneys in spite of UU. 
    HSG showed clear tube on the left side. 
    Lap Surgery performed 1/9/14 to remove fibroid and endo (Stage 3)
    • IUI# 1 June 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 13: BFN
    • IUI#2  July 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 5.75: BFN
    • Natural Cycle - so shocked to be in 2WW - 7dpo Progesterone: 15.5: BFN
    • Working with new RE starting injectables in late August.
    • IUI #3 August 2014  w/ Menopur: BFN
    • Finally ovulating on my own!!
    Waiting to start IVF hopefully

    My longest was 18dpiui, it was a medicated cycle so I do not know if that would affect it

    My longest has been 11 days.  Almost all my LPs were 10 days.  With my short cycles, is what caused my RE to suspect I have endo (I believe).  This is my first cycle after my Lap, so I'm not sure what my normal LP phase will be. 

    DH: 34  
    Aug 2013 - SA: Counts & Motility = great, Morph = 1%; RE didn't seem too concerned

    Me: 26
    Jan. 2014 - Blood work ordered by obgyn:  Prolactin = high & AMH = low (0.73)
    Feb. 6, 2014 - Repeat blood work ordered by obgyn:  Prolactin = normal & AMH = low (0.9)
    Feb.  20, 2014 - First appointment with RE
    Feb. 24, 2014 - HSG scheduled;  DX:  one tube definitely open & one tube could be blocked
    Mar. 7, 2014 - CD 21 Blood work for Progesterone; DX:  Progesterone level at 5.2; shows I ovulated but was low
    Mar. 28, 2014 - Laparoscopy; DX:  Tubes open.  Found some endometriosis and had that removed.
     
    History:
    Started TTC:  June 2012
    June 2012 - March 2013:  When it Happens/it happens method = BFN
    March 2013:  Started using Fertility Friend
    Cycles 1 - 15 with Fertility Friend = BFN
    Cycle 16 - Benched due to Laparoscopy
    Cycle 17 - Natural Cycle = BFN
    Cycle 18 - Natural Cycle = BFN
    Cycle 19 - Natural Cycle = BFN
     

    Current Cycle:
    Cycle 20 = Natural Cycle

    I always thought the norm was 14 days, which is why I POAS that day.  I am now 17DPO and still no sign.  I usually am a spotter for several days prior and nothing is in sight.  I guess i'll do it again tomorrow.  I'm totally a negative nelly and after the BFN on D14 I started thinking something was wrong.  Thanks yall!

    I'm PCOS. Before progesterone cycles my normal LP was 14-16 days. I did have three cycles of 18,19, and 20 day LPs though. Obviously though, that is not the norm. My RE suspects I had a cyst those cycles that affected my period coming in a timely manner.

    I always spot by the time 12 or 13 DPO rolls around, then AF is full-on by 14 DPO.  If no sign for you by 16 DPO, perhaps O was delayed? What day did your temp spike, and was it significant?

    ME:      36, on BC since 1996,  irregular periods.   HUBS:      37, healthy

    2001—meet.  2005—marry.  2006—Furbaby is born. 

    On BC till end of 2009.  2010 NTNP.   

    New Year’s Eve 2010—BFP?! January 13, 2011—early loss, HCG peaked at 324, no D&C needed.

    Feb 2011-Nov 2012—NTNP 

    Dec 2012 --present (TTC 20 months) Not even a hint of a BFP

    Me:  BW, U/S, HSG, HSN normal.  AMH 2.33.  Hubs: SA normal

    April 2014--IUI #1 Clomid 100 4-8 Follistim 150 9-14, 5 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 5/5 1100, BFN 

    May 2014 ---IUI#2 Clomid 100 3-7 Follistim 150 8-13, 3 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 6/6 547, BFN

    June 2014--IUI#3 Follistim 150/225 3-15, 3-5 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 7/11 1450, BFN

    July 2014--IUI#4 Follistim 225 2-12, 3 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 8/12 841, BFN

    Breaking till after Christmas, then IVF...taking 4000 mgs daily Inositol and Melatonin 3mg

    Mine is usually 13-14, but I had a random 16-day LP a couple months ago that almost killed me with suspense a couple months ago.

    I hope this is your month! Especially since you haven't spotted yet...sounds like great odds.

    I had pretty signficant O pains for several days.  Then that Friday morning my temp was 96.87 and Saturday morning it was 97.83.  It has maintained above 97.3 since then.  My FF chart has marked that as my O day, and I agree it looks dead on.  I just assumed that a BFN on CD14 meant I was out but I guess I should try tomorrow morning too.  Of course I would love for this cycle to work, but at this point I just want something to happen because I get nervous when things go off course.  I'm always afraid its another cyst or something.  Stupid IF brain lol.  Thank yall ladies for the input.
