Ugh I'm tired and still nauseous so I don't really have a plan. Tonight were having a chicken and rice freezer meal and I am really hoping it's enough for 2 nights. I also bought a bag of frozen meatballs. Maybe hamburger helper one night. I hope this mornig sickness goes away soon.
Monday: roasted turkey breast and mashed potatoes that my mom made, plus salad Tuesday: Black Eyed Pea and Chorizo Soup that I made on Saturday (I used the soy chorizo from Trader Joe's) w/ tortilla chips and avocado Wednesday: Porotos granados, a Chilean stew with squash/tomato/beans/corn (I used sweet potato instead of squash because that's what I had) with spicy cilantro sauce, that I made on Sunday Thursday/Friday: No clue. I usually go to the supermarket on my lunch break on Thursdays, so hopefully I'll have brainstormed something by then.
Yikes, I realized that my plan for the week was leftover ham and freezer meals. I need to organize.
