    Call CPS. I think you'll feel better about it if you do, even if DH's family disowns you. I would try to see her first, see if she's still acting the same.

    Call CPS and report the situation.

    DH and I have dealt with numerous family issues in the past where certain family members are cut out of our lives for whatever reason. For us it came down to cutting the toxic people out of our sons life. I'm not saying it's easy, because quite frankly it sucks. But we can rest easier at night knowing we did what was right for our child, because we are his voice.

    DS #1 born January 2010. DS #2 due June 2014.
