XP: AW: fert report & negativity

We got our 3 day fert report: (1) 8 cell grade 4(that's the best rating in our lab) (2) 7 cell grade 3, (2) 6 cell grade 3. So that's 5 in the running! We are doing the ET Sunday for a 5dt so there is still time for growth. RE already prepared us for not having anything to freeze. so if this cycle doesn't work we may be back at square 1, So now I'm nervous about transferring 1 or 2 depending on what the embies look like Sunday.
The thing is I just can't seem to shake my negativity! Or maybe I'm being a realist? I don't know. I think despite my POAS addiction with IUI, I'm going to try to go beta or bust with this...I'm trying to stay off the IF ledge!! Sorry this was so long, needed to vent here since I know you ladies understand IF anxiety!

2nd treatment cycle: Clomid & TI BFN
IUI #2 (injects) IUI BFN
2/14 through 3/14 benched with a cyst
IVF#1 CD1 came before beta. BFN. No frosties.
Benched with cysts...
IVF#2 beta moved up due to heavy bleeding 6dp5dt...beta was 11. beta#2 20.4! Beta#3 28 Chemical pregnancy :(
Currently on BCPs with cysts, planning IVF#3 Everyone welcome!

    09/2012: Start TTC after stopping NuvaRing.  No cycles seemed to occur.
    01/2013 - 05/2013: Tried Provera to "jumpstart" cycles. No luck.
    12/2013-     01/2014: Clomid 50mg - no big follies, stepped to 100mg; One mature follie, Ovidrel (HCG trigger), IUI #1 completed - BFN
    02/2014: Clomid 100mg;     One mature follie, Ovidrel trigger, IUI #2 completed, Crinone - BFN
    03/2014: Clomid 100mg -     no big follies on 1st round, 2nd round prescribed; One mature follie, Ovidrel, IUI #3 completed, Crinone - BFN

    07/2014-08/2014: Letrozole 5mg; one mature follie,     Ovidrel, IUI #5 completed, Crinone - BFN
    09/2014-10/2014: IVF Prep - Insurance requires IUI #6;     Letrozole 5mg - no big follies 1st round, 2nd round prescribed; IUI #6, Crinone - BFN
    11/2014: "Break" - Letrozole 5mg to cycle before prepping for IVF - successfully O'ed, but BFN
    12/2014: Extending 'break' one more Letrozole-only TI cycle for mental health break - BFN
    01/2015-    02/2015: Prep for IVF - BCP then Gonal-F, Ganirelex, Novarel trigger;  ER scheduled 2/11!

    I always go at every cycle expecting a bfn and preparing for the next. I think it's my way to brace for a bfn if there is one. Good Luck!

    I always go into one cycle with having a plan for the next. It helps me stay focused and hopeful. Good luck tomorrow! It sounds like you have some great embies.

    We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm.  8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy.  We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET.  I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013. 

    11/14/14 -  Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good. 

    12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2

    12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)

    1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

    I always think negative. People that say "you need positive thoughts" need to stab themselves with needles repeatedly or STFU.

    8 on day 3 is great!!!! Your doc should give you a clear idea of your chances when you go in for transfer. I would go beta or bust...although I always like to delay bad news and was never much a POAS person (except like 3 times when I was "sure" I was pregnant- ha).

    However you handle it, I will recommend avoiding dr. google, planning fun things, and realizing you've done EVERYTHING you can up to that point. It's all up to nature after that. FX!!

    Oh, god. I'm totally with you about this pessimism vs. realism vs. optimism balance. My nature I'm more of a realist and my husband is pretty optimistic. That's been another struggle as well. According to him we were going to get pregnant our first month of trying. /:)

    Anyway, I think you should feel good about your cycle right now. It seems like you'll have some great embies to implant. I have my fingers crossed hard for you!

    9/2014 And now adding hypothyroid to the list- Started synthroid 9/2014
    Cycles 1-4 - Sept.-March- All Anovulatory 
    IUI #1 March/April-  Clomid 50mg + Clomid 100mg +Trigger + IUI #1 = BFN
     IUI #2 April/May-Clomid 100mg + Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #2 + Endometrin=BFN
    IUI #3- June- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3  Benched due to a 40 mm cyst. :-(
    IUI #3- July- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Endometrin = BFP! on 7/25/14
    Slowly rising betas - Ectopic suspected on 8/8/14 & confirmed on 8/11/14
    Methotrexate on 8/12/14 -HCG negative on 9/2/14
    IVF #1- November- Antagonist protocol: 11/1: start stims, 200iu of Follistim; 11/12 ER 17R/14M/14F; 11/17 5 day transfer of two blasts, 2 blasts and 2 expanding morulas frozen; 11/22 BFP!! (On FRER at 5dp5dt)
    Betas: 9dp5dt 205, 11dp5dt 497, 14dp5dt 1,709
    u/s at 5w0d- 1 sac; u/s at 6w0d 1 baby with heartbeat, another sac without a heartbeat

    Thanks so much for the support ladies :) I knew you would understand!! @xc1148‌ I just laughed so hard at your comment about the "stabbing themselves with needles repeatedly" that I spit out my coffee :D especially since that's what most of us have to do frequently for the sake of IF!
