Sore breast

As of sometime yesterday my right breast has gotten very sore, almost like an engorgement pain, but I'm not engorged. The pain is in the bottom right of my breast. I can't feel any lumps but it hurts just to hold my babies on that side, or if my breasts move too much ... It also hurts more when nursing on that side or during the letdown if I'm nursing on the other side. 

It can't be a clogged duct if there's no lump, right? The babies prefer to nurse from this side anyway so I'd be surprised ... I'm just hoping it's not an infection of some sort ...?

    Sounds like a clogged duct.  I never felt lumps...just soreness when I got them.  I always put a heating pad on, massaged it, and let the baby nurse on that side frequently.
