I breast feed and pump now that I returned to work. My daughter (2months and 2 weeks) typically eats every two to three hours when I am with her for 20-30 minutes. When we are appart she gets a 4oz bottle every 2-3 hours. My question is when or if I should increase the amount in each bottle and decrease the number of feeds durring the day? Or should we continue with the current amount and schedule until we start solids? Tia
Re: Number of feeds/bottles at 3 months
I did bump DS's daycare bottles to 4.5 because he's STTN note and his weight gain had been on the low end of normal. I just wanted to get in a little extra during the day.

I ask my sitter to begin each feeding with a 3 ounce bottle and if she's still hungry, offer one more ounce until satisfied. This has worked well for us.
