Stomach bug and cleaning toys

This is probably a dumb question, but I'm going to ask it anyways. LO has had a stomach virus for a couple days now, and I am wondering how to clean the non-machine washable toys (the ones that day surface clean only). Also, his activity mat is spot clean only. Would you attempt to machine wash it and hang dry? Thanks!

    It's the Infantino Twist and Fold. Even though it says not to machine wash it, I probably still will because he vomited all over it. Did you dry it or just hang it up?
