XP: woah... That was fast!

So got a call about a hour ago at work from my drs nurse. She wants me to go in Monday 9th for my first early Hcg test and a progesterone update. I'm freakin out! That's only 6dp5dt!!!! It was suppost to be fri 13th!Totally threw me off guard on that one!!!! Now to tell DH or keep it a secret and give him a surprise mon when he gets home from work?? Now I can't really test before huh?
Me 34 and DH 39 married in aug. 2002
Did 5 round of clomid 2010 =BFN
 High levels of NK CELLS DX sept.2012 DOR:# 0.02 
IVF #1 May 2012  ER 4, EF 2, ET 2 =BFN
MINI IVF Oct.2012  Cancelled 10-27-12
Ivf #3 Antagonist Protocol April 2013
Shared cycle..Donor cycled in July Got 12 eggs 9 fertilized and 8 frozen!!
DE FET #1 Sept. 3rd 2013 FIRST BFP EVER 5dp5dt
miscarried Sept 24th at 5 weeks 5 days
Etopic  D&C and hysterscopy Nov 5 2013
dx with pre genetic blood clotting dec 2013
FET #2 Jan 31st  2014 
Miscarried for a second time again at 5 weeks 5 days
Currently fostering to adopt an amazing little 1 year old boy..P.J!
FET#3  is Oct 29th 2014
BFN on fet #3
Last and FINAL FET coming JAN 28th 2015

    TTC 2 years- Me and DH (28) with (severely) low sperm count- less than 40 total (last 2 SA showed only 5 and 6 sperm each)
    IVF #1: ER 1/23/13- 4 eggs retrieved, 3 eggs fertilized; ET with 1 embryo 1/28/13 2 frosties beta #1 2/5 was 4.8- beta #2 2/7 3.5; BFN
    FET #1- transferred one beautiful 4AA embie. Praying this is my take home baby. Beta 5/7/13- BFFN!!!
    IVF #2: ER 7/17/13: 6R/3F- transferred 1 blast and 1 10 cell embryo 5dt.   Beta hell.  #1 2.5, #2 2.2- BFFFN! REALLY?
    IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved.  1 fertilized with ICSI.  Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
    IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims.  ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching!  No frosties but hoping we won't need it!  Beta 5/4/14- 444(8dp5dt), Beta #2 10dp5dt 1002!  THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT!!!!!!!!!!  First US 5/15 we saw two of the most beautiful gestational and yolk sacs I have ever seen!  
    ****FINALLY PREGNANT WITH DI/DI TWINS!!!!!!!  

    BRINLEY AND RILEY LONG.  Born November 20, 2014 at 32 wks 3 days.  4lbs7oz and 4lbs5oz.  1 month NICU time for "B's" and growing and feeding.  Now healthy, thriving, beautiful little girls!

    Yay for an early beta! Good luck. I would have to tell DH but that's me. I'd feel like I was lying to him if I didn't.

    I am soooo bad at secrets and hate surprises, so I could not not tell my DH! Awesome that you have a beta so soon. FX crossed for you!

    DH 38- Low Everything
    Me 33- AMH .9
    Married 11 years
    2002-current IUIs, meds, natural = All BFN

    Aug. '13  Attempt at IVF #1 with Lurpon Flare- Canceled due to ovulation through Lupron.
    Sept. '13 - We will try again with EPP.

    October '13 Started BCP for December IVF. Long Lupron protocol. Canceled due to ovulation through Lupron.

    April '14 Planning IVF attempt #3. Adding Cetrotide. Doc consult at the end of this month.

    Woohoo! Thats a great tww! I am glad you told him. I know if (god forbid) it wasn't the result I wanted, I wouldn't be able to express why I was crying. I get very introverted when things like that happen.

    Me- 35 Dx endo; DH- 33 no probs.
    BFP#1 (totally a wonderful surprise)- 3/10/11. IUFD 6/25/11. 
    TTC since 8/2011.
    BFP#2- 11/1/11. EDD 7/6/12. Blighted ovum 12/1/11.

    New OBGYN 12/2012- CD3 labs, SA, HSG normal. 
    First RE appt 1/16/2013. Unexplained infertility. Lap planned. 

    12/2012- Clomid 50mg + TI= BFN 
    1/2013- Clomid 50mg + TI= BFN.

     Lap 2/11/2013- Removed endo. 

    3/2013- Clomid + IUI= BFN
    4/2013- Clomid + IUI= BFN
    5/2013- Clomid + IUI= BFN

    June 2013- Time for a new RE!

    July 2013- We're in Shared Risk! Love my new RE!
    August 2013- IVF#1- 14 R, 11F, transferred 1 perfect blast, 5 day 5 frosties= BFN.

    Yeah I'm having it at 7 am and nurse usually calls by 11ish. I have Mondays off so im glad at least ill be home. I may make DH wait till he gets home at 3:30 and say they haven't called if he try's to call me... Trying to decide what I can do... He loves baseball so I may write "Im pregnant" on a old baseball from his baseball bag and throw it at him when he comes home. Or if any if you have any other ideas of what to write???? Is that lame???

    Omigosh!!! That's an early beta! I wonder why? I am really hoping for you, Lacy! Remind me what quality your embie was? I'm so excited to hear the results. It feels like it's been forever since I learned you already did transfer, and now I just want to get to your beta. Thank GOD she moved yours up! :) 
    | Married since 2008 | DH and I: Both 30 | Me: Endometriosis and Carrier of an X-Linked Dominant Genetic Disorder | DH: Low Morph | Planning IVF with PGD and PGS in 2013 | Freeze-All IVF #1: March 2013 ER 3/26. 29R, 12M, 11F. 4 5AA frozen blasts. Freeze-All IVF#2: May 2013 ER 5/15. 31R, 21M, 20F. 6 5AA frozen blasts. Our PGD probe was completed in late June (total of 20 weeks to develop). PGD and PGS Results came on 6/19: 3 healthy embryos (normal chromosomes and unaffected by my family's genetic disorder). FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014

    Well technically I didn't do a transfer.... July we had a donor do a transfer and we got 12 of her eggs from a shared cycle!! 9 fertilized and 8 made it to 5d freeze.
    We had 1- 5AA,5AB, 5BA
    1- 4AA
    1-4BB
    1-3AA
    And two early blasts

    We put in the best two 5s.
    I have no clue why they are doing early Hcg but she said she wanted to monitor my numbers very closely so ill take it but I does make me really nervous, likely to be a super low number if any!

    Wait a second...what do you mean you didn't do a transfer? You must mean that you didn't do a retrieval? How can you be pupo and now early PG if you didn't do a transfer? ;-) anyway, so excited for you!
