Another hospital stay...

So Gianna had to stay overnight at the hospital because we thought she ate a Coumadin pill. We were at my grandmothers for awhile yesterday and this kid still puts everything in her mouth. Well when I went home I was undressing her to give her a bath and a pill fell out of her clothes. Of course I googled the pill and called my mom to see of my grandmother took anything like this and she takes Coumadin. She might have just put it in her mouth and spit it out and it fell in her clothes. Needless to say I freaked out called poison control and took her to the er. Poison control freaks you out more saying well how do u know she didn't take any other pils or another one,she could bleed overnight! Apparently my grandmother has been dropping her pills a lot! Which my mom tells me after the fact we went there! Anyway we get to the er and they poke and prod her and then have to transfer us to another hospital more equipped to handle her situation. So that ambulance ride wasn't to bad once she got in the car seat stretcher and fell asleep. Then we were broughtto th picu in the new hospital for an overnight stay. We also found out she was dehydrated, and her white count was up from her being sick! So she needed fluids and more meds, she was just started on an antibiotic Friday. She was a crying mess cried for two hours, was scared to be hooked up to all kinds of monitors. She is fine thank god, they don't think she really swallowed anything, so once all the tests came back and she was hydrated we were good to go, ugh what a night. This kid is going to kill me with 3 hospitals stays and she's only 16 months

. But we had to be cautious just in case.
