Cleaning soft toys?

How do you clean your baby's soft toys? How about the ones with rattles inside or plastic toys hanging off?

ETA: oops, thought I posted on my bmb. But any suggestions you ladies have would be great too :)

    I've never really stressed over her toys, unless we have another baby over and they slobber on it or something :) I use baby wipes to clean everything. They're the perfect amount of dampness and soap and I figure if they're gentle enough to use on her, they're gentle enough to use on her toys. Stuffed animals if they get particularly gross, I wash them, even though the instructions say not too. I just don't wash anything with beads or that requires batteries. Sometimes they look a little worse for wear, but I don't think LO minds. :)
