Biggest indulgence after giving birth??

What will be your biggest indulgence after giving birth?? mine will be a pepsi, sleeping on my stomach and hopefully a sleeping pill ;-)

  • Being able to breathe!! Baby is head down and engaged but has her feet firmly planted in my lungs. It's to the point now that at 36w I can't find any position that allows me to be able to breathe. It's making for one exhausted worn out momma.
  • A nice cold beer!!!

    And then of course I can't wait to shave my legs without trouble. And I can't wait to turn over in bed without the groin pain, or even walk without the groin pain.
  • Oooh I have another, Hot Yoga, I feel so stiff and all my joints hurt, can't wait to get in a hot room and stretch
  • Scotch, wine, and stomach sleeping. Although I did have only lady tell me she has never been able to sleep on her stomach since she was pregnant because it did something to her back and it seizes up when she tries ... That will give me a great big sad if it happens.

  • I remember after DD was born, all I wanted to do was sleep on my stomach. Then my milk came in and I still couldn't. I was not expecting that!

    Sangria and beer, sushimi, sleeping on my back, being able to just step over the baby gates in my house we have up for my dog (instead of having to undo them every time so I don't trip), shaving my legs when it isn't a 15 minute ordeal, tying my own shoes, SEX*...I'm sure there's more but those are the things I'm looking the most forward to!

  • I have been on a GD diet so anything full of carbs! Chocolate cake, pizza, pasta...bring it on! I am also missing sleeping on my stomach!

  • Since sex won't be cleared for about 8-10 weeks after baby is here, I'll settle for a bottle (or 6) of Veuve and sleeping on my stomach.  Been indulging in almost everythine else in moderation, but definitely could use a few drinks and a decent nights sleep!

  • Sleeping through the night... Haha who am I kidding. Not needing to pee every 2 minutes and regular coffee without the guilt
  • Beer, Margarits, Sushi, Ceasar salad, not being out of breath after walking five feet, Normal Sex (it just is not real fun for me anymore), did I mention a beer?
  • Lots and lots of beer( yes I plan to pump and dump) good sex, oysters, steak tartar, raw sushi and not worry about drinking only 200mgs of caffeine!
  • Sleeping on my stomach!

  • Wine, sleeping on my stomach and hot yoga.  

    Even though the sleep isn't good now, I know it's going to be worse once the baby comes.

  • Sushi, being mobile, liquor, feta cheese (every time I order a taco at Fuzzy's and tell them to hold the feta, my heart breaks a little). 
  • A jumbo margarita
    Blue moon- which I've craved all through being pregnant and never had before

    A huge java chip mocha frappe from Starbucks
    Wine
    Amazing sex with Hubby

  • Full on marathon SEX!!! Lol I'm such a hornball anyway and even tho we've done it throughout this PG it's not even been close to our normal pace. We are taking a one day vaca when I'm cleared :)
    That and full on ballet class. None of this pansy "half ass it" business.
    I don't really drink caffeine or alcohol anyway bc if my heart condition so that's not enticing.

    Same here and add a cold to that! Mine will be taking real medicine, lox on a bagel, goat cheese, diet coke and wine.

    Me too. All these posts are making me feel guilty for not being more strict about the off limits foods. I did avoid the alcohol, though, so at least there's that.

  • Wine, sushi, beer, sub sandwiches, sleeping on my stomach, regular coffee and getting back to running half and full marathons instead of just feeling like I have run one while trying to do small things, like putting away laundry or shaving my legs.

    Same! I have been eating sushi the whole time, not frequently but a few times. My midwives said go for it!

    I am dying for a cold beer and a real workout! I miss sweaty yoga classes and hiking! And pretty much everything else that has been listed. ;)
