I'm here! Normally this is my husbands feed but he is out of town so I'm up I'm having my MiL stay over tomorrow night though to help - not so much help with Sloan but to be an adult to talk to- being alone with just the baby for over 24 hours is rough
@BethRN1987 I would go crazy without DH ! I don't know how some ladies do it ! He doesn't get up much during the night but he usually keys me go to sleep about 10ish . That helps so much ! Hugs to you , and maybe your MIL will let you get some rest .

First feed of the night. Woot! My kid went to bed at 930pm and slept until 1am. First time ever. We are usually still up with DD fighting sleep or wanting to be held. Hopefully she will go down easily and sleep the usual 3 hours before getting up again.
@torilea LO did just about the same thing to me 2 weeks ago . She's not BFed she's FFed but she was constipated and miserable ! Doing the same , screaming , scrunching up her legs , arching her back . We found also the formula we had her on wasn't agreeing with her so we had to switch . So maybe she's constipated ? We give Harper gas drops as well which seems to help . I hope she let's you get some rest .

Heyyyyyy. I haven't been to bed yet. F was fussy, then I got sucked into finishing my twins freebie project I started the other day. Now M s up. I have my alarm set for 530 am for a doctors appointment for M's foot, which isn't til 930, but til I get a shower, get ready, feed and dress the boys and get stuck in traffic, I hope to make it on time! Ha!
I'm up bf'ing my little girl! First feed of the day. She was asleep in her crib which is right near my bed but that didn't last long. She ended up in bed with me. But at least this time she didn't make me out her on my chest to fall asleep! I'll slowly keep trying to get her used to her crib but she really likes sleeping on my chest. It's the best sleep either one of us gets. Ugh!
@torilea - good luck! It does kind of sound like reflux so maybe a call to the pedi would be helpful.
I'm up nursing. LO ate, got changed, woke up, stared around, fell asleep, woke up hungry the minute I put her down, nursed, fell asleep, woke up hungry the minute I put her down, and is now asleep on the boob. I'm nervous to start the process all over.
Just had our first feeding. And to AW a little Piper slept in her crib for the first time!!! She went 4.5 hours too and I just got her to go back to sleep in it again!
Cue minor panic attack and sadness that my baby is sleeping in her own room but I have to go back to work in two weeks and this will keep us all sane. Plus I have a video monitor I've been checking for every little noise!
Up for our motn feeding (hopefully the only one). Lo wouldn't go to sleep in her rnp so I put her in bed with me with every intent to put her back in her rnp after falling asleep. Trying to not bed share as much so I can transition her to her crib soon. Anyways, apparently we were both tired, I woke up 4 hours later and she woke oh shortly after.
Elliott has been fighting sleep all day, and has only lightly napped off and on. We've been doing so good the past couple of days with him sleeping on his own in the RNP finally! Hoping we get back on track tomorrow. He's currently latched on, but crashed, and I'm not moving him. Poor guy has been so tired all day. It took us an hour to get to this point. He kept starting to BF, then occasionally pulling away to fuss and cry, and latching right back on... Needless to say we've been riding the struggle bus today. This mama is tired.

We are here nursing, E us up 1.5 hrs before her usual first MOTN #1 feeding. I really hope this isn't a sign of a bad night!!
I am up reading email from my MIL, can't believe her sometimes. She stated she needs to get to know E better and needs for us to drop her off (then leave) so she can have one-on-one time with her.
Seriously!!! Who needs one-on-one time with a 4 week old? You can get to know her with me there kthanksbye
I'm up. I just finished nursing Matthew and put him back down but he pooped and is now up fighting sleep. Now I am just sitting here watching and waiting for him to sleep again. I should've gone to sleep when he did then I would've gotten almost four hours of sleep instead of just two but I really miss spending quiet time with DH so I stayed up. I think tomorrow I'm going to tell him that the 8 or 9 feeding is when I'm heading to bed from now on so that I don't struggle so much when I have to back to work in a few weeks. Oh yay just I finish little man falls asleep good night all!
I'm up. DS seems to have gas so he was super fussy until he fell asleep around 11 (last feeding around 9:30). Then he just woke up to poop and eat at 2:45 so almost 4 hours of sleep and over 5 hours between feedings. I can do fussy if he'll sleep like this!
Now my only problem is I'm starving! I didn't grab a snack before latching him on.
Well apparently she didn't want all the feeding she was waking up for ( probably comfort eating) as she just had exorcist vomit everywhere. Good news is she didn't freak out in pain like she use to- medicine is working
I'm up LO went down about an hour ago but I can't sleep smh. So now I'm just laying here until he wakes up again because I know as soon as I fall asleep he's gonna wake up. Why am I doing this to myself I have no idea. Good thing I have TB to occupy myself.
I'm up. We put Levi in the PNP instead of the RNP tonight. I decided it was time for a more open, flat surface before his crib transition. He's done so well until now.... Plllleeeaaassee stop squirming and go to sleep!
Ugh I'm up, I think the baby just wants to be held, and for sure needs to poop...but this is her normal first feed time and she won't touch her bottle... That would have been nice to know before I mixed it! Now she's just starring at me.. Well gas drops in hope it helps, I doubt she'll make it until 6 without needing to eat though...not sure when I should go back to bed..maybe I'll head to the couch so I can sleep while she figures it out?
Not enough time between MOTN feed #1 and MOTN feed #2 and omg she is pooping again!!! I just changed it ( At least I brought a bowl of grapes for these feeding, they're so good!
Oh great she decided she is more sleepy then tired, so I am sure I'll be back in 1.5 hrs!
I'm baaaaaack , and soooo sleepy ! When is she going to let me get 4+ hours of sleep at a time ? I'm Also jealous of All you ladies who Are getting their LOs to sleep on a flat service , harper wants nothing to do with anything but her RNP at night to sleep in .

Back again just finished nursing LO. Does anyone else seem to notice that LO eats less during mOTN feedings or is it just me? Maybe she 'a getting better at nursing ?

Mine seems to lately. Which is ok with me because he stays drowsy during the night and goes back to sleep faster. I make sure to really stuff him full of milk during the days now.
Up for feeding #1. LO fell asleep in the car after he last feeding at 9:30. MH rocked her back to sleep when we for home and read her a story and she has been asleep ever since (1:45 am). I actually had to wake her to feed which rarely happens. Hopefully she will make it until 6am before her next feeding.
Up nursing baby #2. Both gave me 5+ hour stretches tonight, which is great because I felt like I nursed them all afternoon and evening with very little break. I think they each took one 15 min nap and that was it. I even ended up feeding some supplemental bottles because I just seemed to be empty and they wouldn't quit. Here's hoping they both get a good feeding in now so we can all go back to sleep. One twin has struggled with that over the last couple of days and the lack of sleep is really starting to kick my butt.
