Amazon Prime Instant Video

How does this work? I have a prime account and just learned about this recently. I downloaded the app and it tells me to get a 30 day free subscription to watch. Is it something I need to add to my current account? I want it for my husband at the hospital so we don't have to have the tv on but he can be entertained with headphones if he wants.

    If you have prime you shouldn't need anything else.  Do you have regular prime or do you have a student account or something?  Also are you signed into the app?

    I have regular prime and I'm signed in. Its really annoying! Should I try accessing it through my browser?

    You won't be able to access it on the browser on the ipad.  We use it all the time on the ipad via the app and the computer no problem!

    You definitely have to have the app. You should be able to access all videos through that. Nothing will work on the browser. Maybe try deleting and reinstalling the app??
