i think it's over for me. i had a teeny bit of spotting last night, and now i'm bleeding in earnest. i checked my temperature this morning too and it's still above my coverline but it's come down by like half a degree. i guess i'll call my OB nurse's line and see if they want to order bloodwork for me.
i'm just trying not to be too devastated. this will be my first loss and i DO have a healthy son.
UPDATE: i hadn't heard from the OB office so i called them about an hour ago. the nurse was all chipper and gave me my results without bothering to ask me any questions about my situation first. "your hcg is 38, so that means you ARE pregnant." um, no, in this case, that means i WAS pregnant. and she backpedaled and went on and on about how it's impossible to say from one number. i think at 5w3d, my beta should easily be into the 1000s (if not the 10,000s, considering that i had a BFP in hand over two weeks ago). so, i'm going to go cry over a birthday margarita now. i have to wait for the doc to call to find out if they still want another blood draw on friday. i think it's safe to say i won't have an ultrasound, and this party is over.

TTC since August 2011, Me = 40, DH = 38
Unexplained IF. Tried Clomid for 3 cycles. All BFNs. BFP 1/6/13. Chemical pregnancy.
Moving on to IVF#1. ER 11/26/13, 16 eggs retreived, 12 mature and all fertilized. 2 blasts transferred on 12/1. All other embies arrested so nothing left to freeze. Beta 12/10 = BFN. IVF #2 March 2014. BFP!!! TEAM BLUE!!!
