This week - I'd like to run once. Lower expectations!
Goals - run 5k pushing the boys, feel comfy in a bathing suit by November
Least fav food - bananas. Ew.
This week: workout 4-5 times and keep following this amazing meal plan.
Goal: tighten my tummy. It look SO much better after last week's loss. I think I must have been eating way too much processed foods and holding that salt/water
Least favorite food: that's easy.. Pickles! I absolutely hate them. I don't even like to be in the same room as them.

IT'S A BOY
This week I want to walk or run everyday but may take a day off. Taking advantage of this beautiful weather while it lasts.
Mid term goal is to lose weight and get back in my old clothes. Long term is to be healthy and energetic with a better metabolism.
Least favorite food would be green bell peppers. Pickles, mushrooms, marzipan, olives and bananas are delicious. You guys are crazy.
What are your plans for this week? Walking and diet again. I will hit the gym now that I'm on spring break next week. My mom was in town so I had zero time to go the gym this week
What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Tone up and loose 10.

This week: I got a run in this morning before the rain. Plan on one more and the soccer game this week. I also plan to walk on Saturday, not sure where but I wanna go out and walk with LO.
Goal: I need to get a better plan for this half marathon, saw my brother and SIL's schedule and feel really intimidated.
GTKY: least favorite food is sushi.
Anyway, do you guys include Tuesday in this week or next week? I feel like I always change it.
I'm late but I'm here.
Last week- Not that much honestly. I was trying to get everyone ready for vacation and then being gone. I think I worked out twice.
This week- I got in a longer run Sunday, which was great. I have done nothing since. I have zero energy and am having trouble faking it til I make it. I wish I had the energy/motivation/willpower that I did when I still only had 2. DS has pushed me over the exhausted threshold and I have trouble keeping up.
Goal- 8 more lbs. And, tone up my gut.
QOTW- carrots. I hate them. I have tried to choke them down smothered in veggie dip or ranch. Doesn't help. They are disgusting.
