Prayers appreciated UPDATE!!!

Tomorrow I head in to the doctor to check on our little pumpkin. (I will be 8 wks and 3 d) I have been bleeding and spotting off an on for 4 weeks. (That is actually what prompted me to take a hpt.) Today I had heavier bleeding along with mild cramps and back ache. We have lost 4, so we are a bit nervous about our appt tomorrow. Prayers that everything is good and baby is healthy would be much appreciated! 
My husband told our boys a few days ago and today I have had this horrible thought that we may lose this one too. I have no idea how we will explain that to them.
Like I said... nervous and prayers are appreciated!

N14 November Siggy Challenge - Celebration
Had my last period on Feb 10and had positive hpt on March 11, 12, 13, 21 and then again this past Saturday. I took the test Saturday because I had been spotting and just felt like I needed to test again. Despite bleeding/spotting got another bfp! Yesterday and today had increased spotting and bleeding mostly brown then this morning and most of the day today bright red.
Get to the doc and they take me straight back for ultrasound and she seemed a bit puzzled. I took a friend with me and we are looking and looking and finally the tech says well let's zoom in here. Then she starts explaining that based on my lmp I would be 8 weeks and 2 days, however there is no way that is correct. Obviously, we have had several positive tests but this looks to be in VERY EARLY stages. We saw 2 circles. Empty. They gave the run down that this could be 1. A gestational sac in very early stages, so early that embryo isnt visible yet, and a pocket of blood next to it, 2. Two gestational sacs in very early stages meaning twins, or 3. A blighted ovum.
They drew labs that will be repeated on Friday to check hcg levels and repeat ultrasound in 10 days.
I am just shocked. I dont know what to think. I asked about what stage (if ovulated late...obviously) of my pregnancy she would guess me to be since there wasnt anything to measure. She said probably 4 1/2 to 5 weeks probably. She said most women wouldnt even know they were pregnant yet. So if that's the case... why on earth did I get positive tests as early as March 11???
Im so confused. You know... I have had 4 m/c.... none have been like this. So I'm trying to stay positive that I'm not cramping, having back pain, heavy bleeding but seeing empty sacs or whateve on u/s isnt very reassuring.
Not trying to be a Debbie downer & crazier shit has happened, but I don't think things look good at this point. Your 1st bfp was 7days(a full week) before mine. I'm at 6w5d.
