This is a check-in for those who are doing IVF/IVM or FET with an ER/ET scheduled for May.

I guess it's time to start the May checkins! I know we are all excited to get started. It looks like @penad5 and I will be your check in leaders this month.

If you are interested in joining, please fill us in on your cycle below (# IVF cycle, where you are in the process, relevant dates, etc.) so I can start the initial check in list for next week.

We'll be doing IVF/ICSI #1 and we get our protocol next Monday, so we haven't *quite* started just yet, but will be starting as of CD1 which should be in about 10 days!

I will most likely be doing FET#1 in late May. My beta from IVF#1 is technically tomorrow at 14d5dt, but still getting BFNs at home, so... Talked to the nurse yesterday and she outlined next steps after confirming negative tomorrow. My Dr is going on vacation in June, so it is either May or July for us for FET. I'd rather not wait any longer than necessary, so May it is.

Thanks for getting this started!

This is my first FET (I had one fresh cycle in August). Right now I am on BCP. Baseline is May 2nd, lining check May 16th, ET on May 20th or May 21st. I am anxious to get started, as I canceled our April cycle because I did not feel emotionally or physically ready. The little snow babies (eight total) waiting for us are from our fresh cycle that helped us conceive our angel babies, Conner and Ben, who passed away in January. I feel so attached to those little embryos, since they were once housed with our little boys. May 12th is their EDD so I'm hoping that a little embryo sticks in May!

We are doing our first FET with donor embryos in May. We've already completed most of the requirements (SIS, blood work, psych eval) and just need to notarize and mail back our consents and pay our cycle balance. We have 9 snowflakes waiting for us (3 blasts and 6 day 2 embryos).

I should start meds (estrace) around 4/19, my lining check will be around 5/1 and if all goes well my FET will be 5/6.

I'm going to join you guys for now because if my calculations are right, I'll be getting ready for FET #4 mid to end of May. I cant say Im excited, Im just ready to get it started. I feel so empty now... like I used up the last bit of happiness and optimism for this past cycle. My beta is tomorrow, but hopefully I get at least the good news that I can start getting ready for a new cycle.

We are doing DEIVF and the ER is next week but we are going to send our embryos for pgd testing so we have to do a FET. I will be doing my first FET somewhere around May 21st. My period should arrive May4th then I will start estrace, add in PIO then the FET.

We are in the middle to FET #1 right now. I've been taking lupron shots since 4/1, my shutdown laps are on 4/17 and my lining check 4/30. If all looks good then we'll have ET on 5/6. After the disappointment of having our fresh ET cancelled we are so ready for this to happen and can't wait for 5/6! Hopefully 1-2 or our 6 frosties will give us the BFP we've been looking forward to.

This is unfortunately IVF #3 and I'm hoping third time is the charm. I've been taking Metformin and CoQ10 since early February to hopefully improve egg quality. On BCPs now, baseline is April 21. FX for no cysts.

I have been checking in on he April board but I am really May. We will be doing IVF w/ICSI #2 in May and it will be our last chance/hope - hopefully we get some frosties this time to do FET in the future but last time we had 0 frosties.

I started BCP on 4.6 for 3 weeks then lupron, then 11 to 14 days of stimming this time (last time we only did 9) but we are using a lower dosage to ramp on slower so hopefully we get more mature eggs. I am going to use Follistim again, very estimated possible egg retrieval for May 16th or somewhere in there... we will see.

I wish all you other May ladies luck. I was sooo sure March was our month/cycle with my birthday and our anniversary in March but May 8th is my husbands 30th Birthday and his family is visiting over memorial day weekend so hopefully those are good signs that May is our month!

I think I'm going to be May for our first IVF cycle. On BP for the next few weeks and baselines on April 30th.

I am not yet sure of everything that will happen but I'm told we'll outline all that on the 30th.

I'm the check-in leader for the April Bunnies, but is it okay if I hang out with you guys too? My ER will definitely be in April, but I'm not sure about my ET. Either way, my 2WW will be in May and I'll probably be stimming along with some you ladies so I'd love to check in here too!

We're getting ready to start IVF #2. I'm on BCPs right now and my baseline/stim start is next Wednesday. I'm switching to the antagonist protocol this time and really hoping that we get some better quality embryos this time.

I will be doing an ER at the end of May or beginning of June? We will be doing a freeze all! So I think I will join all of you since I will not be transferring back in and have a 2 ww.

This will be my 3rd round of IVF. We did a round in March and froze 4 eggs. I have issues with my lining. but the RE wants to get as many eggs as possible since I have low egg reserve and I am almost 40.
