Yeah, it isn't past midnight here either but I'm mad at dh for staying up late playing a game with a friend online and now I can't sleep. I'm such a jerk. I'm using it as ammo for me to spend money at Athleta and Sephora this weekend during a girls get together.

Maybe that's my real confession, I'm pretending to be more upset than I really am to not feel guilty about spending way too much in a couple days!

I just bought a pair of fancy flat sandals for summer. I just had a huge shopping weekend this past weekend getting us all ready for summer. But then I had to buy these. So I ordered them, hoping they would be delivered and I could un wrap and hide them from DH so he doesn't question how much I spent on them or this past weekend.

Well that failed bc he came home as they were delivered. He asked what they were and I said, oh something I ordered a long time ago. When in fact they were sandals I ordered 2 days ago;) I dont really feel bad about it either because they are so pretty!

I was getting really frustrated that my iPhone wasn't telling me the exact time that messages were sent.. Blah blah blah I was holding down a message and it kind of slid to the left and BAM!! All of the times were revealed!

I just need to share this in case any of my other iPhone ladies don't know this valuable information.

They are from the buckle! The brand is naughty monkey. There are two sandals that look similar. But this pair has an enclosed back. And it also comes in silver. I wore them around my house today bc I love them so much! Too bad its only freaking 36 degrees here still!!!

I just learned this myself a few days ago. There was 10 things you didn't know about your iPhone floating around FB.

I just learned this myself a few days ago. There was 10 things you didn't know about your iPhone floating around FB.

Mine doesn't do this, maybe bc I have iMessage turned off?? I don't have the newest updates either.

I purposely bought a tankini style swimsuit to cover my tummy. Not because I needed to hide anything but because I managed to escape all stretch marks and I'm back to my pre-pregnancy body but I didn't want my friend to feel bad because she hadn't. Needless to say it backfired last week at baby swim and she happened to notice when we were changing. I never thought it would feel bad to look good. ( by looking good I mean having my old body back).

I just used an article that @Jalee85‌ posted on the autism link thread to rip someone a new A-hole. I've posted links twice about vaccinations and she is always posting articles in response to it. One of her latest ones was from 1998...

I have tried not doing the "mommy wars" thing but this lady pisses me off. Andplusalso she uses her boyfriends account to do it. I don't get it.

I am a little disappointed about Easter because we are spending it with my ILs. I love them, but MIL is a HORRIBLE cook and they are super casual (it will be a t-shirt and jeans Easter). I want to go all fancy and dress LO up for her first Easter, but I know she will look ridiculous next to all her casual cousins so I settled for a simple Carter's dress. Next year will be with my family so I am planning on getting a super fancy dress off clearance right after Easter for next year.

My ILs are having Easter too and MIL is also a terrible cook. My immediate family will be away so I'm stuck. Bleh gross. Plus, we r the only ones going so it will be just like any other dinner. Booooring.

I'm lame but I reuse ziplock bags. But only if food doesn't directly touch (like a bag of French fries inside the ziplock bag. I still rinse it out though.

Dd has been a terrible sleeper at night. She starts the night in the crib but always winds up in bed with me since h still sleeps in another room. She slept from 11-6:45 in her crib last night. She never even woke to nurse. I missed her and wanted to get her.

Do you really think it would make her feel sad? My stomach is riddled with stretch marks, but I think it is awesome that some of my friends escaped them! I wouldn't ever want one of them to think they can't show off their body because of me!

Some women might be sensitive about their postpartum bodies. I just wanted to be sensitive about it, and cover up just in case. I was very fortunate this time around at least. This post wasn't meant to sound conceded.

I have a similar confession as @kelle017.

I have been bed sharing, something I said I would never do, for the past week or so. LO sleeps so much better and while he was still sick it was much easier to calm him back to sleep when he woke up screaming. My problem is that now I can't get him to sleep in his crib any more.

My cat jumps a 4 foot gate to get outside... Have you had your cat checked to make sure he doesn't have a UTI or anything?

I'm so not attracted to DH at the moment AT ALL. He's in desperate need of a haircut which I've told him 1,000x needs to get cut, he's a sloppy dresser and RARELY tucks his shirts in. When he does they're all cattywampus and disheveled looking. I've tried talking to him about the way he dresses, but it's hard bc we live in a very rural area where people wear jeans to banquets.

Shoot, his old boss in Charleston actually have him $500 cash one year and told him to get better clothes and dress nicer. He dressed nicely for a little while, but then reverted back. Andplusalso he has a nasty, raging cold sore at the moment which he always gets once or twice a year when the seasons change. All week he's been dropping hints that he wants to DTD and I'm all like...

@taylormarie923‌ I said I wouldn't bed share either. And initially she did well with being in the crib, But I was just so tired and then she was waking up every hour. When she's next to me she'll sleep a three hour stretch. Last night was probably a fluke.

Exactly. The good ones (ziplock double seal something) are expensive.
We do have a freezer sealer we usually use for meat.

I'm finally putting 2 & 2 together and accepting the fact that I deft have symptoms of ppd/ppa.
This probably plays a big role in why my marriage is in trouble.
I don't want to tell my H because
1. I don't think he'll take me seriously because he'll assume it's an excuse.
2. He'll probably immediately think "how much is this going to cost me"
3. I don't want to take all the blame for our issues

This saddens me even more. He's supposed to be my best friend and I can't even confide in him.

Another fffc. I think divorce is in our future. Even if it's years from now...

I have finally accomplished my mission (took 4years) of breaking all our hideous hard plastic complete bachelor plates...DH didn't see the point of getting new ones because these "look fine."

I am excited beyond words to go get new dishes this weekend.

I'm throwing a dinner party for the first time since we moved in to our house! I can finally entertain without shame!!

I drank wine with baby vomit in it. Ok, backstory: we went to dinner the other night and Willa decided to projectile vomit all over! It was I between my toes, on the table, in her car seat, all over her, you get the picture. Well, the husband went to change her and I sat down and proceeded to drink my wine...hum, what's that white stuff floating in my wine? Yup. Vomit. Excluding the short time we've spent in the US, I have not been in any store that sells groceries, household supplies, clothes, or other goods in over 1.5 years.

I have been to restaurants, beach bars, walked through the occasional hotel, and purchased stuff online. When we go back to the US for short trips, then I do shop.
