Sour Smell After Refrigerating?

Hello. New mom EBF and I just got my pump in the mail (finally!) I started trying to create a stockpile and put a couple bottles in the fridge to try first. We went to a friends so I brought one of the bottles directly out of the fridge. When LO was hungry later we used it but I noticed the BM smelled very strong and almost sour. It doesn't smell this way when it's freshly expressed though and had only been in the fridge 2 days.

I was wondering if it could have been waiting to use the milk instead of warming it immediately after taking it out of the fridge or if it's just normal for BM to smell different after being stored?

It's normal for it to smell slightly different but I had a really strong sour smell to my milk after it being in the freezer and LO wouldn't drink it. It turned out it was from my fish oil tablets so once I stopped them it was heaps better. Check out kelly mom they have some info on it.

She still drank the entire bottle. I just noticed afterwards the milk that she got around her face and neck smelled very strongly and sour.
