4. I stopped really tracking my own cycle. I mean technically I CAN get pregnant but it is so slim at this point why bother. I am somewhere in the 2ww.

2. I don't actually know when we will be actually starting TTC #1. My sister and her partner need to find a sperm donor, and then we will have a date for our first go at IVF.
3. We found out yesterday that we will not be able to use my eggs, since they are completely infertile. My sister (who is going to be my egg donor) is looking for a sperm donor for her and her partner, and once they've found one they like, we will get a date for our first session of IVF.
4. CD 19, I think.
5. Nothing really. Impatient for my sister to pick a sperm donor, and to actually get started.
My best quality I think is that I'm really strong, mentally, I think. Worst would be my impatience.

3. I just read "The Impatient Woman's Guide to Getting Pregnant" (wow, do I ever fit the definition of an "IW") which described some interesting research on DHEA and CoQ-10 so think I'll give those a whirl. Going back to consistent charting this month. Will probably do one last acupuncture visit.

5. Trying to stay optimistic, but worried I may have to be out of town when I O.

This cycle I am preparing to stop BC (April 11) Then I'll start monitoring my "real" cycle
I'm in a false 2ww (on BC)

I'm a little anxious and nervous about starting TTC soon. I've learned so much from the ladies here and hope for quick success!

My best personality trait has to be that I'm a good friend. I'm always thinking of others and doing things for others - I expect nothing in return but a smile and maybe a hug.

My worst personality quality would have to be that I can be stubborn and I procrastinate (I know, that's 2).

3. We have been working with (seeing) a RE since June/July 2013. Have had 3 failed IUIs, 2 failed IVFs. We are 'off' this month and will do a Natural FET next cycle.

4. CD23 - waiting for AF so another week - 10 days. Technically I guess we are in the 2WW but since we each were traveling this month and only BD once on CD15 and I wasn't using OPKs, the chances of anything having happened are pretty low.

5. Just want AF to arrive so we can start FET - I have heard that FET can have higher success rates than IVF since you are not as amped up on hormones....not sure if that is true but since 2 IVFs didn't work, I am ready to try something new.

QOTW: Best quality - empathetic and a loyal friend and honest Worst quality - very impatient and stubborn

3. Going to try going with the flow based on previous months that seem consistent, that being said I scheduled bd w/DH to be sure he isn't traveling. Will be going in to OB in June if not successful by then.

Best - I am bubbly and happy most of the time.

Worst - I can be demanding and controlling at time. It is hard for me to let go of control, especially when there is nothing I can do.

yes! newer technology has made FET on par if not better than Fresh transfers. My RE said it rally depends on the lab and that yes giving your body time to "heal" from the ER etcc... seems to be beneficial. Good luck!

Good luck ladies!! May we all find success soon regardless of our own personal situations and obstacles.

1. PrivateOne - CT

2. TTC #1, naturally since 2009, then with RE since 2012

3. IVF #2 with PGD testing.

4. Baseline appt was today and got the all clear to proceed. Started my micro-dose Lupron shots this am and will start stimm meds (Gonal-F/Menopur) on Friday evening. Retrieval will be in about 2 weeks. Based on the outcome and testing we will decide our course of action. We may transfer or we may be banking in order to do another retrieval first to do batch testing.

5. I just want to be on the other side of it all ... IVF is no fun

It is exciting though that through science we may be able to get our miracle.

QOTW: I'm a very empathetic person so I generally get along with others very well and they find me easy to talk to. As well, I have a very good sense of humor. I'm a procrastinator to the core.

Temping, monitoring CM, and taking PNV.

4. Where are you in your cycle? ( Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww?

I haven't confirmed ovulation, but I might have ovulated nine days ago due to several days of increased libido and EWCM. Also, I had slight cramps the day that I believe I O'ed.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)

I go back and forth. I think that we BD'ed on a good day, but I am just not sure that I even ovulated! My temperatures are not consistently rising, so I'm going to assume that my period is going to arrive soon. Today I'm having a lot of EWCM and some back pain. I haven't had a period for two years.

QOTW: What is your best personality quality and your worst personality quality?

My best personality qualities are my positive disposition, honesty, and loyalty as a friend, and my worst qualities are my anxiety and insecurity. My mom calls me a golden retriever. I'm friendly and always want people's acceptance.

@shannonm97: Did you grow up in Illinois? I grew up in central Illinois.

I know what you mean about a stress ball. Do you practice yoga? I need to do more yoga.

@Astrabacus: I hope that your sister starts the process soon. It can be frustrating waiting for others.

@Tsuga76: Welcome to the board. I am also a conflict avoider. I would be a terrible manager if I worked in an office.

@MamaBear904: You sound like a Mama Bear from your description. Good luck on going off of BC.

@Lady2010: I am also waiting on AF for a fresh start. I hope that FET constitutes the end of the present TTC journey for you.

@kindershlitz: My DH travels a lot too. It adds a level of stress to the process. I hope that you get your BFP soon.

2WW. No symptoms.

Not really very hopeful. We only BD'd once during the fertile time, and my temp is already starting to drop. Thinking AF will be here soon.

@thirtyninetoforty I love the name Paige, too. It was on my list of girl names but we were using my grandmother's name for a middle name and the kid would have had the initials P.M.S.

4. 2ww. My cycles have been shorter than 28 days for the past six months or so and tomorrow is day 28 with no AF yet.

5. I feel pretty much the same that I did before I got a positive with my daughter which is kind of feel pms-y...which of course could just be pms.

Best trait: I have a remarkable ability to keep calm in crazy or emergency situations
Worst trait: I let my motivation backslide when working towards goals.

3. OPKs, temping, charting, preseed. Just got CD 3 bloodwork and started a bunch of supplements. Have apt w/OB scheduled for later this month.

4. Waiting to O. I told DH that "sex week" was coming up, and he asked if that was like Shark Week. He wishes.

5. Not too optimistic, as the bloodwork results I got back weren't super encouraging. Not too upset, either, soo...

6. I think I'm having a low self-esteem day, because passive-agressiveness, pathological approval-seeking, avoidance issues, and general laziness spring immediately to mind. Those and arrogance

As for a good quality? I'd say I'm open-minded and curious.

@Tsuga76 I have been taking CoQ10 for about 3 months and tried the DHEA.. I took DHEA for a good 2 months. and I did get acne from it, I don't know if it helped the eggs? Although now if I take one DHEA I get a terrible headache. So I am sticking with the CoQ10. Good luck to you.

As I mentioned before, I haven't O'ed in two years. I would like some certainty and direction since reading CM alone isn't doing anything for me. DH is traveling for 10 days so we can't even BD for the hell of it. Thanks for letting me vent.

On the plus side, you can do lots of extra BDing when your H gets home. You know, to make up for lost time.

Try not to put too much pressure on yourself. Take care of yourself right now; a little treat can go a long way.

Thanks for your thoughts @northernkhaleesi! When DH returns, I'm going to emphasize that we need to BD at random to jump start the process. I know that he is waiting for me to give him a specific fertility window again, but there is no reason we can't BD whenever.

3. What are you doing this cycle? RE is doing a Hysterosalpingograpy (dye test to check to see if my ovaries are open or blocked). Pap smear prior to Hysterosalpingogram today, First month temping oh and DH did his SA test (no results yet)

4. Where are you in your cycle? Waiting to O

5. How do you feel about this cycle?
Very hopeful. My ultrasound was good, just showed a cyst on the left ovary. Blood work results came back looking good, with the exception of high iron. Maybe due to iron supplement in my prenatal vitamins

I just had this idea that I knew my O based upon good CM and slight cramps. I am feeling better this week. I had to throw a tantrum and get it out of my system.

I'll just continue to do the best I can and take advantage of EWCM while waiting for AF. Have a good week!!

3. I recently weaned my daughter and am feeling some hormonal changes. Started using some supplements and Preseed this month. My husband's job takes him away alot so it is a little hard to take advantage of timing.

5. I feel i paid good attantion to my CM this time and am very hopeful!!

6. I am a little bit lazy to exercise

I am just starting and trying at this point not to overwhelm myself with everything. I find I am having irregular periods since stopping BC a few months back. Just starting temping.
