  Sometimes "balls" is a great response to a bad situation. "Did you read the agenda for today's meeting?" "Balls." If it's a really bad situation, "ballsack" is more appropriate.
  Edit: I know I haven't contributed a ton but I think we can all agree that providing this insight more than makes up for it.

  FWIW It looks like a girl to me. But since the people at your OB office are saying boy... I wouldn't paint any walls yet.
