Alright ladies, Labor Buddy to
@curlylocks3 checking in.
My partner in crime has been admitted to the hospital after a brief stint in L&D since her silly ute just isn't behaving itself.  Her contractions got a bit more regular tonight, and there has been SOME change since her appointment earlier today (cervix is closed, but 80% effaced), so they're giving her steroids for lung development, procardia for the contractions, and IV fluids.  They're planning on keeping her for a couple of days for monitoring.
Please keep her and the twinlettes in your thoughts and prayers - I (or curly) will update as we learn more.

Update 4/2 @ 12:15pm (eastern)
Alrighty, so curls is doing well - just finished a growth ultrasound - Mumble is measuring in at 2 pounds 14 oz and Hugsy is tipping the scales at 3 pounds 5 oz - both with big heads (roughly 31-32 week size - I'm calling them bobble head babies) - and they are both head down right now.  She's hanging out, waiting for a consult with MFM and an NST - her mom is on the way and I think they're going to get a NICU tour, just to have all bases covered.  Hopefully later today they'll have a plan, but she was basically told she'll be in the hospital for at least a couple of days.
Update from curls (Thursday morning):
So it appears my phone is opposed to me love tutting everything, but thank you for all thoughts, prayers, gifs and inspiration. Had a bit of a rough go yesterday afternoon when the contractions picked back up quite painfully but after extra IV boluses things seem a bit calmer, although I have now earned myself round the clock IV fluids. So I drink water like it's my job, pee like a racehorse, and my face is beginning to resemble a Puff Monster.
My mom suggested relaxation/visualization to deal wth the pain, like a beach scene and because I'm a mature adult all I can now visualize is this super chill uterus stretched out on a towel on a beach and chilling, all relaxed because it's not full of hyper little babies. Needless to say not the most calming thing to imagine during a contraction, but at least it's entertaining.
Good news is that my cervical length, while shortened, is still decent. Waiting to meet with MFM today now that those results are in- I will try to update from home later as I am determined to graduate to home bedrest of some variety today.
Thursday evening:
Not much to report. Lots of contractions tonight, but they've started to space out. Talked to her OB - she's staying put until at least Tuesday.
Friday update (from late morning):
Contractions slowed down while they haven't completely stopped, and lucky curls got to sleep a bit (with the help of some Benadryl, I believe).  Still hanging tight.
