Diaper bag suggestions for multiple kids

I have a 3.5 and a 2 yr old and baby #3 on the way. I am planning to stay at home when I have this baby so I'm going to need a good functional diaper bag for daily use. It has to be big enough to hold everything for an infant, cups for the toddlers, and a potty seat. But I don't want it to be massive either. Does anyone have a Jujube be prepared? Is it too big? I'm torn between wanting something that can carry everything and wanting to be more minimalistic.

    I have a jujube be right back. I love it. It has a zillion pockets and is made really well.

    Part of me kind of wishes I would have bought the BFF instead so it could be a regular bag/backpack but I still really like my BRB.

    I have a Ju Ju Be Be Prepared. 
    I have currently three in diapers.  (19 months, 13 months and custody of a 6 week old)
    I cloth Diaper.  Yes it is big, but it fits my needs.

    I'm wondering if it might be too big for me since I'll hopefully only have 1 in diapers (disposables).

    I use a Longchamp tote and love it. Plus I will still use it after babies

    I have the big ju ju bag right now (can't remember which, not the backpack one) I have one in cloth but it'll be 2 in cloth soon, which is why I got it. I really like it because I can put a ton in it. It is big, but usually I'm going somewhere I won't be carrying it around or it'll be on the stroller. If I go to target or somewhere quick I won't probably change my son I'll just throw a diaper and wipe into my purse because it does take up a lot of room in the cart or whatever
