We started a movie, I woke up to DH feeding a baby around 11. Sweet he let me sleep (really only like 30 minutes lol) but I'm all off schedule now. Woke up other baby to feed and now can't get back to sleep.

besides bump what do you do during feelings?

I'm up nursing and sooo tired. I'm regretting that we have so much company coming tomorrow. LO fell asleep around 9 and we fell asleep just before 10, but she woke up at 11:00. I thought she was hungry, but she just needed to massively spit up and had a huge air bubble. Once I finished cleaning the spitup off myself and LO and the bed, she conked out again. But up every hour doesn't suit me well.

I'm up and watching these cute Kid Snippet videos on YouTube that I just created another thread for. Pretty funny. It's amusing me while we have a very frustrating nursing session. I've been burping him for over a half hour because he latches then pulls off in frustration. The burps are tough to get out of him and it takes forever. I keep thinking every one is the last one. Then he still can't drink. Here's the link to one of the many cute videos.

Up. Attempted a boob feed but little man got frustrated so went with pumped milk. Now on the pump. This takes forever, could be back in bed already if he had taken the boob.

I just pumped and gave DD a bottles. Then changed her. I'm still wondering how all that poop came out of such a small human!!

Going to try and get some sleep now. It will be time to wake up for church soon. Have a good night ladies!

I'm up. Nurses keep waking me to give me various pain meds, meds for gas, and stool softeners. Oh glorious c section...

Just wanted to pop in .. Ask a dumb colostrum question in a different thread... And say HI!!

Will try to catch up tomorrow while I hang out with my baby in the NICU tomorrow

Present ... DD is having a bottle . We had a rough night so far . She screamed from 8-12 tonight , abd of course that made me cry . Like I'm a terrible mother I can't even figure out what my baby needs !!

I am up feeding and I SO want to be sleeping right now. I have to pump after. I'm glad that I am able to give my little man BM but pumping really sucks in the middle of the night. Sigh.

Here. LO is on the boob, pup is beside me and MH is in bed. We just traded shifts-he gave a bottle around 11 so I could sleep from about 9:30 til now. It was pretty amazing!

Up and pumping a bit cause LO didn't really "clean me out" and it'll hurt in a few hours. Question: at what point did you let your LO sleep 4 hours through the night? I'll ask my MW tomorrow just curious. After they regained their birth weight? Ty!

Up. Just finished nursing - a nice 60 min stretch. And now I am worried. We are headed in to the pediatrician in the morning.

M hasn't pooped in 5 days. And his diaper change right now was concentrated and had weird orange spots. Dr google says it could be nothing or could point to dehydration. Ugh. And here I thought breastfeeding was going well, except for the shit latch he's got.

At least he went back to sleep easily after the feeding.

I'm here; up for another feeding. Mia wasn't really interested in her 11:30 feeding, but we're trying to gain back her birthweight, and had to try anyway. So she stayed awake for two hours, pooped, and is now sleepily ripping off my left nipple.

I love feeding her; adore it, really because it's my only guaranteed alone time with her. But seriously. Ow.

Cluster feeds+Growth spurt= deliriously tired mommy. But, I got some money from my grandmother today as a baby gift and have been online shopping for a woven wrap while kiddo munches away. I think I've decided on a Girasol earthy rainbow diamond weave. Super random post...sorry guys.

Fx for at least a 3hr stretch.
My abut and cousin are visiting today and I have anxiety about it so bad... The lady talks 90mph and All about herself or talks about other ppls shit when she shouldn't.
I'm already taking deep breaths to handle it. DH will be at work. Ugh
I need to sleep in preparation... I'm dreading it just being me and LO for the visit

Just finished nursing/pumping, and now I'm going back to sleep. I woke up DH to change her diaper, swaddle her and put her back to sleep because damn it, I do it all five nights a week, it's the weekend so he should be up helping too.

I'm here. Kiddo just slept 6.5 hrs (9pm-3:30am). She got a diaper change and bottle then projectile spit up all over me. Some may or may not have gotten on the sheets that I'm totally going to go back to sleep in. Judge away!

Now she's sounding like she's going to fight going back to sleep. Should be interesting.

Just got a 4 hour stretch in plus it's the weekend so I don't feel at all guilty asking DH to help. So far a good night but we'll see if LO goes back down.

@theluckiest9‌ - no way I'd change those sheets! Congrats on the 6.5 hours!

@WickedNE‌ - I do the same thing where I can't sleep even though I'm so tired. I just can't calm my mind down and I worry that I'll just be up again in an hour to nurse. For me it sometimes helps to listen to something like a podcast to distract me. Then I fall asleep and have no idea what the podcast was about but I can just start it over the next time.

It's 4am and surprising it's my first time up. I think it was around midnight when we went to bed. Not bad.
And she was sleeping in her bassinet. I think God knew I was about to snap.

We're up doing our bottles and pumping routine!

We also have company coming tomorrow that I'm kind of dreading! If her husband is coming I might lose it! (short version: he cheated, she came very close to a successful suicide due to it, and he continues to see the other woman but she continues to take him back! Its messed up and has caused MANY issues in the past 3 years)

@B2B.2010 - I'm covered in spitup right now, and I fully intend to keep sleeping in this shirt. I'm too tired to change. I've been totally spoiled by the amount of sleep this little one has let me get the past few nights. Tonight has been terrible. She's up every hour. Ugh! I'm seriously regretting that we have company coming tomorrow.

You are doing a great job! Trust me! We have all cried at our baby asking them what they want hoping they respond.

It took about a week for our LO to get adjusted to sleeping in her bassinet. Just keep at it.

Oh my goodness!!! LO just went over 4 hours of sleep!!! I should have woke
Him up at 3 hours, but I didn't and I dint feel guilty!! We finally got some sleep!!
