11dp5dt - cramp advice please

I have had almost constant moderate cramping since Monday and I'm wondering if there is anything I can do for relief? Hot baths are out. I have read that heating pads are bad during the 2ww. I could do Tylenol. Anything else? I can't wait for the beta on Monday. We might jump the gun and POAS tomorrow. I will be pissed if all these crazy symptoms are just the progesterone. Sigh...

If your RE says its ok you might try some light stretching. Definitely not a cure all but can provide some relief. Hope it means good news!

I always pace around my house like a crazy lady when I have cramps, but you might enjoy a walk through your neighborhood more ;)

Thanks ladies... actually I took a little walk and that seemed to help out a bit.

The only thing I can think of is hot towels.  Not like boiling hot but pretty warm.  It can't hurt you.  If you have a hot bottle like this you could use it also.

In one of the pregnancies I carried to 10 weeks I had horrible cramps since conception.  I thought I'm going to get a period every day.  Then we saw a heart beat at 6w5d.

I hope it is a good sign for you!!!

I don't mean hot.  I was pretty clear about it.  Warm water relaxes and it can't hurt.  Doesn't have to be much warmer then your body temp.
