Used stroller popped up, good deal?

Tomorrow the hubby and I are going to get the uppababy vista stroller and the matching car seat. Due to price, I've been looking for the stroller used and couldn't find anything that worked, or was honestly available. Long story short, with the help of gift cards, etc I've decided to just go for it. Low and behold, my friend tags me in a post online for a Bugaboo frog with infant carrier seat for $275. She doesn't know the year since she bought it used, looks decent from the pic. This seems like a really old model to me, and I don't want to pass up an amazing deal but haven't even considered the Bugaboo, so am not that tempted but wondering if I should be. And, then what about a car seat. Ugh, finally made a decision! Here is the pic of the frog vs the new uppa. TIA!

I *think* the stroller should be fine. Would it be financially beneficial for you to buy the set, so you get the stroller but still buy a new car seat?

Never ever would I use a used car seat.

That sounds like a great deal! I'd never get a used car seat, but would definitely consider a stroller. Bugaboo is awesome and they have a ton of car seat adapters.

Another note- the frog is not a current bugaboo model so it could be pretty old. Read some reviews first. A good thing with the uppababy is that you can add a second seat for the next kid.
