pale brown spotting 6 days post transfer?

So, of course I'm freaking out with only a tiny bit of info to go on.  But I just found a creamy pale brown discharge.  Not the overall color, more like there is light brown in the usual discharge.  Sorry for the tmi. 

I'm 6 days post frozen embryo transfer. I'm up to date on all my estrogen and progesterone and haven't missed any doses.  This would be consistent with the start of my period sometimes, but during previous IVF cycles it hasn't started until I've quit the progesterone, and this seems pretty early since I'm not supposed to have a beta for four more days. 

So, of course I'm speculating ridiculous things:
-since my progesterone shot didn't hurt at all last night - it missed the mark somehow
-since I finally got back to the gym this morning (usually a daily thing for me) since transfer, I've done something to cause this. 

Ah, I hate this rabbit hole of worry and speculation and possible false hope! 


Trying for #2 with IVF after damage done in a D&C left me with one functioning (but too scarred) ovary and tube to get pregnant safely without assistance. It's a really, really long story, but that is the gist of it.  We have one daughter (whose c-section birth started this roller coaster) born in 2012 after a miscarriage in 2011. 
Failed 1st attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 3, 1 frozen embryo saved) in December 2013.  
Failed 2nd attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 5, 2 frozen embryos saved) in February 2014.

    There's really no way to know now, it could be anything. Try not to stress about it, and just continue to hope for the best

    If it's brown, it's probably old blood that's just now working it's way out.  The workout could have been what pushed it out, I wouldn't worry.  Or at least, I would try not to worry!  Good luck, fx for you.

    Thanks ladies! Trying to relax about it and not get all jumpy. Don't you just hate how everything concerning pregnancy has a thousand explanations and possibilities?

    i am a pee-pusher so you know i'm going to tell you to POAS, but i think it's too early. but you COULD in 2 days!

    i 6th the previous posts... if it's not bright red and cramps you are in the clear. i'll keep my fingers crossed!!!

    You all are hilarious about POAS! Really, I'm rolling here.

    I'm holding out. It's not anything other than I'm not ready to be disappointed yet. I have some opk but I've managed to not cheat yet.

    Doc says this is super common, they can't be sure why, but likely implantation or irritation from transfer.

    Status hasn't changed, which I guess is good. Of course, I'd prefer if just go away.

    TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

    Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

    TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

    Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

    Back with RE as of January 2014...

    5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy :(

    April 2015 IVF#1

    5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!

    Oh and I'm a major Harry Potter Nerd :)

    IVF #2    Jan 2015 cancelled due to dominant follicle.  Converted to IUI #1. BFFN
    IVF #2.1 March 2015 cancelled due to dominant follicle.

    BFP #6  (SUPRISE!) 3/19/15.  EDD 11/30/15...  CP at 4w2d.
    IUI #2:    Clomid + Follistim = 3 follies. BFN.
    IVF #2.2 May 2015 - horrible response to micro lupron flare protocol: 3R, 3M, 3F. 3dt of 2 Grade 3 embies. BFFN. 

    BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

    You all continue to crack me up, this time with crazy ticker madness! I've rewarded your crazy with a separate post.
    Trying for #2 with IVF after damage done in a D&C left me with one functioning (but too scarred) ovary and tube to get pregnant safely without assistance. It's a really, really long story, but that is the gist of it.  We have one daughter (whose c-section birth started this roller coaster) born in 2012 after a miscarriage in 2011. 
    Failed 1st attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 3, 1 frozen embryo saved) in December 2013.  
    Failed 2nd attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 5, 2 frozen embryos saved) in February 2014.

    I had some brown blood too, re told me not to worry unless it's red. Probably just got moved around a bit with transfer.
