pale brown spotting 6 days post transfer?

So, of course I'm freaking out with only a tiny bit of info to go on.  But I just found a creamy pale brown discharge.  Not the overall color, more like there is light brown in the usual discharge.  Sorry for the tmi. 

I'm 6 days post frozen embryo transfer. I'm up to date on all my estrogen and progesterone and haven't missed any doses.  This would be consistent with the start of my period sometimes, but during previous IVF cycles it hasn't started until I've quit the progesterone, and this seems pretty early since I'm not supposed to have a beta for four more days. 

So, of course I'm speculating ridiculous things:

-since my progesterone shot didn't hurt at all last night - it missed the mark somehow

-since I finally got back to the gym this morning (usually a daily thing for me) since transfer, I've done something to cause this. 

Ah, I hate this rabbit hole of worry and speculation and possible false hope!

There's really no way to know now, it could be anything. Try not to stress about it, and just continue to hope for the best

If it's brown, it's probably old blood that's just now working it's way out.  The workout could have been what pushed it out, I wouldn't worry.  Or at least, I would try not to worry!  Good luck, fx for you.

As long as it is not bright red and cramping I would not worry.

Thanks ladies! Trying to relax about it and not get all jumpy. Don't you just hate how everything concerning pregnancy has a thousand explanations and possibilities?

Yes. Every little thing panics!!! But I second the above ladies about brown being old and working out probably pushed it out. stay calm!!!

I am echoing the other wise women on this board and say to stay calm. Of course that is always easier said than done.

I wouldn't worry either unless it is red and a lot.  Also you could always change your mind and pee on something. ;;)

i am a pee-pusher so you know i'm going to tell you to POAS, but i think it's too early. but you COULD in 2 days!

i 6th the previous posts... if it's not bright red and cramps you are in the clear. i'll keep my fingers crossed!!!

i hated when people would tell me "try to relax" because our minds don't have the ability anymore to be ignorant of any little symptom. so i won't say that. i'll say "just breathe."

She's def not TOO EARLY. She's technically 12DPO today, and FTR I am team POAS.

I am also "team POAS" hell, take an OPK. Pee on something! you pee on a stick - have your H pee on stick and in true cheesypeas fashion dip one in water (but not toilet water) and see what they all say.

And then in true Jen fashion- label them - and photograph them at various time intervals. 3 mins, 5 mins, and 10 mins.

No! Use the toilet water so I can interpret something correctly for once!

You all are hilarious about POAS! Really, I'm rolling here.

I'm holding out. It's not anything other than I'm not ready to be disappointed yet. I have some opk but I've managed to not cheat yet.

Doc says this is super common, they can't be sure why, but likely implantation or irritation from transfer.

Status hasn't changed, which I guess is good. Of course, I'd prefer if just go away.

3 more days!

I get the whole not wanting to POAS thing.  I hate seeing BFNs, so I put it off, too sometimes.  Hang in there, fx for you!

I had some brown blood too, re told me not to worry unless it's red. Probably just got moved around a bit with transfer.
