Parent facing stroller

Is there such a thing as a parent facing jogging stroller? I'd love to have that option and my google searches just aren't producing results.

Re: Parent facing stroller

  • I've never seen one, unfortunately, and I did a lot of research on them before buying one. Many of them have peek-a-boo windows, though, which work pretty well for seeing the baby. I found that DS1 usually fell asleep when I went out jogging with him anyway.
  • I would say probably not if you think about the force while running, itd be constantly pulling them toward you which probably wouldn't be good for their little necks.

  • Have not seen any. When they're really little though, you're not running with it anyway, and I think the adaptors have the carseat sit in it so child is facing parent. You'll want to double check that though.

BOB revolution and sport utility strollers have car seat adapters but you absolutely can not run or jog with the carseat on there.

I don't remember mentioning my LO size  or when I had intended on using a jogging stroller with her.

Well your siggy shows how old your LO is. Typically, people like to parent face when they are younger as older babies like to look out.

@hischamaolegirl Your siggy has your LO's age.  Technically at 6 months, you can use a jogging stroller to jog with them.
I did some searching and found this Mountain Buggy Terrain jogging stroller.

Mountain Buggy just came out with a parent face seat attachment.  It can be used with the Terrain stroller.

I think I was the one who brought up the size. Wasn't sure where your LO was age wise, nor what prompted the question (had recently seen a similar question from a soon-to-be-mom somewhere else) so figured would mention it just in case since it can be easy to overlook or not notice those sorts of stipulations.

That is certaintly not a jogging stroller.  I looked at it in the store this week and I would never purchase such a crap three wheeled stroller.  It was heavy bulky and cheap.
