What are you doing to get KU?: started opks and CBE digital ovulation kit today, temping, Pom juice and green tea, checking cm, and joined a gym to exercise.
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks?: I'm going pretty strong with working out and changed my calorie intake to try to lose about 10 pounds. Has anyone noticed if working out has changed your cycle or ovulation? Just curious of others experiences.

I have a similar, round face like Jennifer Lawrence, pretty similar body type too, just several pounds heavier I'm sure.

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks?: So, as of yesterday I had a chemical pregnancy. I got a BFP on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday night (betas on Monday were only 11). BFN yesterday morning and starting bright red spotting (previously I had been spotting brown) - so I cancelled my blood draw and am going to see the doc next week. I still haven't started my usual "flow" if that makes sense, it's just really very sporadic and light. Anyone who has had a chemical pregnancy know how long I can expect to wait for AF to really come? The nurse told me to expect a period in 2-4 weeks, but I think she means my next period, right? Anyone?

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks?: DS projectile vomited in the backseat of my car last night..so he and I camped out on the couch. So, I didn't get to temp again this morning. DH woke up this morning and got sick as well. He feels better now, but it won't stop coming out the other end. I am just FXing that it stays away from me. We can't all 3 be down at once. Plus, DH's uncles funeral is tomorrow and its a 3 hour drive from here. We need to all be okay.

@katie0919 when I had my CP a couple of weeks ago, if I didn't have such a heavy flow they said it could take up to 2-4 weeks to see a predominant flow. That just means that everything has passed and you can restart. If your bleeding was enough to fill a pad or tampon that could have been your period. Keep tracking your cycle so you can get an idea of when that might be. Sorry for the CP. Hugs

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks?: FF says I O'd on CD10, but I have alot of trouble believing that. I usually feel it and it doesnt usually happen until CD 25-28. So I geuss we will see what happens. I just ordered some OPT's (Wondofo's). I hope that helps me get things figured out. There's been alot of negative events happening in our lives the last couple of months, so I feel like we are due some positive.

What are you doing to get KU?: Sex ED starting tomorrow, PNVs + vitD3, OPKs starting tomorrow, might start temping again. DH is taking L-carnitine and CoQ10.
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks?: The week of testing is over. DH's SA results came back normal except for morphology at 3% and they recommended he start taking above listed supplements to see if the morphology improves. My HSG was perfectly normal. The RE said our next step would be monitored clomid + IUI. DH and I talked about it and we are going to try taking our vitamin supplements and keep doing the sex routine for a couple months before we start the procedure route. Although I really want to get pregnant sooner rather than later since DD is growing up quickly (I wanted the child gap to be 3 years, now looking at 5-6 years) I am a planner and I like to save so waiting for a few months makes me more comfortable.
^TLDR: Testing results mostly normal, waiting 3-6 months before clomid +IUI.
