Wow! I'm so sorry you, YH and DS are going through all of this! That's great that it sounds like things are moving in the right direction! Prayers for you and your family!
What a horrible scary experience! I'm so relieved you got him there, and they could get him on the mend! Praying for your family that he remains healthy and gets home soon!
I am crying at your post. Sending you, Teddy and your family tons of thoughts and prayers. That has to be so scary.

That's so scary! Thank heavens for your mom!!! I would be looking for a new pediatrician - I would not be able to trust their judgment again.
This! I'm so very sorry for what happened to Teddy. How scary that must have been for ya'll and I cannot even begin to imagine. My heart broke reading this but I'm so glad things seem to be on the mend. But I agree with the above. I side eye the pediatrician who didn't even want to see him with what was going on. I wouldn't be able to trust him again.
I'm so glad your mom pushed you to take Teddy in! What an awful experience, hoping that everything settles down and you are able to take your little man home soon!!
Thanks so much to all of you. Teddy is out of the isolet and in a crib! I even got to hold him to feed him. He has been downing his food, such a difference in such a short time. The latest xrays show the spot of pneumonia on his lungs is lightening. We will be here one more night at least. There are a few more specialists for him to meet with tomorrow morning, including the cardiologist. We just want to get him home but of course that will happen once have totally healthy. As far as the pediatrician goes I'm not sure where I stand. They have been here every day checking on him and we really do love them. The hospital staff even said that without the low temperature those noises really could have been normal and not indicative of this problem. One things for sure, I won't sit around idly the next time I feel something is "off".
Oh God I could not even imagine the fear!! I was crying reading that because now that my son is here I could never imagine having to go through something scary like that. You are great parents for being so strong

Oh my gosh, how scary! I am so sorry you are going through this. Glad your LO is doing better. I hope he continues to do well and you can go home soon.
I cried when I read this because I just cannot imagine. I'm so happy things are getting better for your LO, and best wishes for a speedy full recovery.
So, so, so scary. My LO was just in the hospital for a fever and it was so frightening. Your situation sounds much scarier! I'm so glad he's improving. Thoughts and prayers!!
Oh my God! That is really scary! I am so glad you guys went in and that things are getting better. Take care of yourselves. Praying for a quick recovery.
All my postive thoughts to you and your family. You guys are incredibly strong to deal with this. I am glad to hear he's getting better and I can only imagine how you feel about this whole thing.
I am very sorry you all have had to endure something like this... my first daughter had to go back to the PICU one day after we were discharged from the hospital and they didn't know what was wrong at first - it was so awful to see them put an IV in her tiny 3 day old arm, etc... scary and awful and I'm just happy to hear your little boy is on the mend. Lots of Ts and Ps that things continue to improve.
@aguy2011 - I don't know how you are doing it. Last night I totally fell apart again. After just 4 nights. I don't know if I would survive 3 months. you are one strong momma. My thoughts are going to be with you especially every time I think how unfair this is and how hard it is. I hope your baby thrives.
