Better than I had been doing. I stayed the same at WW last week, but then took my first Zumba class in two years (did better than I had expected!). I'm aiming to do Zumba twice a week this week, and hopefully it will pay off. My eating has been better too. Hopefully I'll see some lower numbers on the scale tomorrow!
I want to start participating here! I am able to start calorie counting now that LO is mostly on formula. I haven't checked my weight yet but I feel better since Monday. I plan to eat better for a couple weeks and start feeling better then will hit the gym again. hopefully the lbs start moving in the negative direction soon!!
we had our final weigh in at work this week... I ended up losing 14 pounds total - 8.5% overall. I was hoping to at least hit 10%, but considering I have had the AF from hell this past weekend, I'm just thrilled I didn't die of loss of blood.
I still have at least 15 more pounds to go to get back to PP weight, so it should be a fun summer :-)
Wish I had a better week. Again just so so. Exercised a few times, ate okay (couldn't resist sweets some days). I need to get my bum into gear if I want to feel my best come summer!!
Has anyone tried the online social media diet website or a group diet contest IRL? did you find it motivating? My husband started it this week, paid $50 and if in 4 weeks he loses 4% of his body weight he splits the pot with the other successful people. I wanted to sign up, but in order to lose 4% I'd have to drop weight fast and am worried it'd cause issues with my breastmilk supply. My plan was to lose weight slower, but still eat better and smaller portions - not doing great with that. (**Hope this isn't spammy. Didn't mention website and I don't work for them or profit)
I'm down 3lbs from 1.5 weeks ago!! I know some is bloat loss after AF ended, but I'll still take it. I haven't started working out yet, just cooking meals at home all week instead of fast food or curb side pick up.
No loss this week but I'm back to sore muscles so it may be some fluid weight. I am noticing I look a lot slimmer now. It could also be that I have a bit of muscle gain which weighs more than fat.
I've been so anxious the last few days I haven't eaten much, so I've probably lost...but not the healthy way. LO and I have been taking more walks, it's still just so freaking cold!

Sometimes I hate the tendency to get so tied up with the number on the scale. I try to go by how I feel most of the time...especially if I'm taking body pump or anything similar, I know I'm building muscle, which could result in a gain. As long as my jeans are fitting better I know it's progress.

Yea I know, it just makes me feel like I can't splurge when I want to. For example, hubs is taking me to cheeseburger cheeseburger and it's going to give me anxiety more than likely about how many calories I am about to consume. I have to keep telling myself that this is taking longer because I am still BF and therefore I can't cut the foods I want.
I lost 4 pounds last week...around 30 total since Alex was born...all with help of a nutrisionist and eating well...no drinking. Wanna loose another 30 though. I had packed on pounds pre pregnancy from quitting smoking. So on right track! Keep at it ladies ! We can all do it
I am again at 275. However, I haven't pooped since Monday. When I pass out from that freakish BM, I should be a little less. I am working out 3x week for 1 hour at lunch, so I can feel myself getting stronger and I see my face is slimming. Hopefully it is just water weight, poop, and muscle :-/

I'm excited to be fitting a smaller dress size. Fitting into clothes I haven't for a while Still at least one more dress size to go... bought a new bathing suit online and kinda feel like too much sausage for the casing haha So have some work to do before Cancun in May.
