  We hated or never had the following:  Bumbo (hated), wipe warmer (didn't bother with), bottle warmer (didn't bother with), bouncy seat (hated it)

  DS did however, LOVE his swing and his playmat.  They were both used daily. 

  ETA:  The boppy.  Never used it.

  We never had any of the top list and never used them.  DD loved her swing, and playmat.  We also loved the pack and play, but mostly because we used it as a crib when we were traveling anywhere.
  
  A weird thing that we never used was the baby monitor.  We've got a pretty open layout house, so we could always hear her when she woke from naps, and we slept in the room with her for the first 9 months or so.  I know most people need them, but we didn't even set ours up.

  Changing table! It turned into a glorified shelf - in a second story house with multiple kids no way was or am I running up and down stairs to change a diaper every hour!
