My annoying coworker is gone through next week so it's just me and my boss in my department and he's gone Friday. Even if I do get super busy it will be so nice not having her here constantly asking me how to do her job. She's been here over 2 years. WTF did she do when I was on maternity leave? Anyway, it's like a vacation for me, too! :-h

Who is your most annoying coworker and what makes them so annoying?

None of my coworkers are all that bad.

I do have a "wonderful," though. Or maybe a brag. I have been consistent in doing 10 minutes of yoga once or twice a day every day for over a week now. I am so proud of myself. I know it isn't much, but I haven't skipped a single day, and don't feel burnt out yet, which is usually what happens on day 3 of trying to implement a new exercise regimen.

I really want to get back in shape, even if I can't be thin right now because I'm nursing. And more flexibility will be really nice, too.

I am a teacher. On of my coworkers is constantly late for every team meeting. Then proceeds to complain that we have too many meetings and she does not have time to plan and can we possibly end the meeting early so she can go make copies????

Every. Damn. Time.

When i was in school the girls who snuck oit to smoke, sat in the back in the breakroom or bitched about clients always made me crazy. The long hours on my feet caused me terrible braxton hicks.

I wound up getting a doctors note specifiying how often i had to sit down and drink water to prevent them so that i wouldnt have to go on leave early. Id see the same girls all the time in break room or sneaking out to smoke

I dislike a majority of my co-workers. Because they're gossipy bitches. I mean, I don't give a fuck what they have to say about me, but they talk shit about everyone.

There is this one girl in particular... She has two kids and has a special schedule that no one else is allowed to have. I mean, they allowed this years ago and said "no more" so she was grandfathered into it. Anyway, she works half the day at the office and half the day at home so that she can be home with her kids because her husband works. Even though he works at home. Anyway, that schedule was supposed to end when her youngest started 1st grade. He's in 2nd grade now and she's still got this special schedule. And when management hints that maybe she should think about working at the office full time, she gets all in a huff and has occasionally threatened to quit. So she gets what she wants. Also, we have well over 200 clients and they are spread out between 10-12 people (including her), and she only deals with 2. Everyone else deals with roughly 20-25. And then she complains that people think she's getting preferential treatment. Which she is.

She's also two-faced. And wants to know everyone's business so that she can tell everyone else everyone's business. I hate her.

My favorite work memory though... She came in to complain about a process server, about how horrible this girl's service has been and how this girl has been slacking... Anyway, after a few minutes, another co-worker looks at her and says "Well, you know, the process server has brain cancer." And that stopped her in her tracks from talking anymore shit. But then I turned around and looked her dead in the eye and said "Well, now don't you feel like a jerk?". She turned bright red and stomped off. She treated me like garbage for a few months after that, but it was TOTALLY worth it.

I like all of my current coworkers, but I had one several years ago that made me want to tear my hair out. She was self-centered, antagonistic, made racist/homophobic jokes all the time, had a holier than thou attitude...yeah. I pretty much learned to talk only in yes or no answers to her because otherwise she'd run crying to the boss that I was picking on her...even if it was just me having a difference of opinion.

Hmm...wonderful wednesday though. I actually slept more than four hours last night. That's a win for me!

I'm happy that we are in Florida and I get to show off DD to some family for the first time tonight at dinner. Hopefully she is in a good mood and I can BF her without issue.

My last boss was a nutso. She had been with our org for going on four years, made $85k, & couldn't do a thing. Had no idea what our DOMAIN NAME WAS. Huh!?!?! Why are u asking me when I've been here less than a year and make less than HALF what you do!?!?! I could go on and on and my former coworker and I were going to tell the BOD but I guess we decided not to since we've both moved on with our lives. She was really unreal. Could write a book. She recently had my co-worker print thank yous and MAIL THEM TO HER TO SIGN (he worked from home in BOS) all bc she couldn't print them herself. $85k? Leader of a non profit? What a joke.

Oh my god, BD's mom is engaging this girl on Facebook... I posted something negative about the anti-vax movement (do not start a debate, not interested in picking fights here), and this girl started spewing some really weird things and then posted a link to some weird "truth" website and then I tagged BD's mom (retired nurse) and oh my god! It's hilarious! She's messaging me saying how this girl is raising her blood pressure, but she keeps going at it with her!

I really like all of my coworkers. I've been at this job for only 4 months and I feel like if was a huge blessing! Now if I can only get them to hire me full time and pay me a decent salary?!?!

The team I normally work with are all really cool. One is only 24, and he's kind of like my protégé. And the other one is this kind of epic granny. She was supposed to retire 10 years ago (she's 75!) but enjoys work too much. She does rock climbing and ran the London Marathon last year. My boss though (I'm head of the Icelandic department, my boss is the head of the Norse Linguistics department) is horrible though. He makes homophobic and racist comments all the time, thinks divorce should be made illegal and is just generally a bit of a bastard. He was supposed to retire five years ago, and I really wish he would.

I get my eyebrows threaded, because I once got them waxed and the wax went onto my eyeball and I had to go to hospital to get surgery done on them. So never again.

I got my eyebrows threaded once. I had never done anything to my eyebrows before that and my friend was like "I get it done all the time, it doesn't hurt." LIAR! Now I do them myself. Doesn't matter what method I use, that fucking hurts!

I've been doing mine so long it doesn't even bother me anymore. It's a little uncomfortable if I don't keep them cleaned up a bit in between waxings. I actually enjoy the hot wax on my eyebrows and find it very relaxing. What's this threading thing? I'll have to look that up.

Yeah, my eyes water every time I get my eyebrows threaded. But for me anyway, it hurt a hell of a lot less than waxing ever did!
