Progesterone Injections for preterm labor

Has anyone else used progesterone injections to prevent preterm labor? My three children were all born prematurely (ranging from 31 to 36 weeks) so I just started these weekly injections last week (at 19 weeks). Wondering if anyone has had experience with this. Thanks!

  • You may want to check on the high risk board. There will probably be ladies who have experience with the injections there if you aren't able to get answers here. Good luck!

  • These injections aren't tarted until the second or third trimester in ost cases, so you will want to ask a more appropriate board. I have been on p17 for 11 weeks already. You don't really have a question in your post though so all I have to say is- sure lots of other people have had p17 injects to prevent ptl.
