Hi everyone,

I'm really quite new at this. We went off BC in June and have really activiely been TTC for a month or so. I've started getting interested in communities like this, bought TCOYF and read all of it and have started to chart for this last cycle. I'm on about day 14 and still figuring it out. Couple of questions, having a hard time discerning seminal fluid from my CM. Any tips on this?! It mentions it in the book but I'm still lost. Thought I'd see if anyone could describe it better.

Also, I get most of the abbrieviations people use on the boards here but is there a website that lists all or most of them or can somone list them out?! I really feel silly asking but I want to me part of the conversation :-)

Hi!

In regards CM, I know there is a water test you can do. But in reality, I think the Seminal fluid is gone after about 12 hours. Someone had suggested that if you have sex at night, then a general rule of thumb would be that what you see after let's say 10am-ish should be CM. Also, you can check your cm more than once a day.
