Allergies

I am 5 weeks and 4 days. I have crazy seasonal allergies. They are normally worse in the sping. I have been sneezing and stay congested. Can allergy meds be taken? Are there other alternatives to get some relief?

    Claritin, Zyrtec, and Benadryl are fine. Not the D version, the regular ones. I've been taking Claritin nearly everyday this whole pregnancy, and my OB is fine with it.
