So i'm really just new at this. Almost 2 months ago i stopped taking BC pill. For one month i just charted to see if my body was getting back to normal, and now this is the first month of trying. I'm using ovufriend as it looked a bit more user friendly for me than FF.
i've been really worried how short my luteal phase has been the last 2 cycles (10 days the first time, and now i'm spotting this month at 8 and 9 DPO probably with AF tomorrow). But then i looked at a lot of other charts online and read that ovulation day was meant to be the day BEFORE the temperature rise. I have a clear temperature dip both months and then a rise (very slow to rise this month though).
Ovufriend originally had me ovulating the day after the dip. But i've manually changed it to the dip day which makes my luteal phase look a bit better.
Am i right and ovufriend wrong or am i just being overally optimistic?

Re: Ovulation Timing wrong on ovufriend?
Rainbow Baby! BFP 02/20/2018 EDD 11/01/2018
BFP 10/31/2017 EDD 07/09/2018 Miscarriage 11/28/2017
DD # 1: BFP 5/22/2014 EDD 1/30/2015 Born 02/06/2015
However, FF is much more accurate and comprehensive. It's not as pretty, but it really is high quality data. It's also much more intimidating at first glance than it really is.
Give FF a try, they have tutorials, but I honestly didn't even need to read them to figure out the program.
