DD was 8 months old on the 12th and she is still in her crib in our room. She hasn't STTN since 4 months and that was when she was in the PnP. I guess the 4 month sleep regression just hung around. She generally sleeps in 1.5-2 hours stretches and wants to nurse when she wakes up. She will eat and go right back to sleep.
For those who have moved LO to their own room, did you notice a big difference right away? Or should we wait until after the 9 month growth spurt to move her? Thanks!

Mine never woke up 8-10 times, but I definitely noticed a difference when I moved him to his own crib.
When we were in the same room, I would usually feed him as soon as I heard him stir so we could both get back to sleep quickly. Now when he wakes up, I usually try to give him a few minutes to settle.
I'm not sure how close your baby's room is, but i can hear James without the monitor so I started turning the sound off completely. Now I don't hear him until he's really complaining. I've woken up in the middle of the night to the monitor lighting up for an couple minutes. I'm glad we aren't in the same room because in those instances we definitely would be getting up.
Good luck! Hope you get more sleep soon. I would die!!
