I started having contractions at 6 am this morning but I never hit the 5-1-1 rule. I called the ob's office at 8:30 upon advice from mom and they wanted me to come in to be checked. Thinking I may not be admitted my MIL drove me and my DH would come from work if needed. We made it around 9:40 am. They checked me and I was 9 cm dilated but water had not broken. They wheeled me over to the hospital, checked me in quickly, and got my epidural in and started my IV antibiotics for GBS. Water was broken around 1:30 ish or maybe slightly earlier but I had to wait until after 2:30 to push. He was born on 3/24 at 3:09 pm after 22 minutes of pushing.He weighed in at 6.5 lbs and was 19.5 inches. Gestational age was 38 weeks and 4 days.

Now we just need a name. And apparently for future kids I need to get to the hospital right away since I progressed so quickly. Hopefully pic shows up.
