  We change the lyrics to Cruise that go "baby you're a song, you make me wanna roll my windows down and cruise" to "when my tummy growls, it makes me want to pull your t-shirt down...boobs" and make LO sing it to me when he's hungry

  I know a girl her name is Molly and she is really sweet.
  I know a girl her name is Molly and she loves to eat.
  
  then I add verses about how she's mommy's girl, her smelly farts, etc.
  
  I'm pretty much the best rhymer ever (self proclaimed) so we make up lots of songs that I can never remember but that's one that immediately calms her.

  I am so glad I'm not the only one who does this!! My songs don't have any real tunes...and they involve made up animal friends that we've decided Willa likes. Poor child is going to grow up asking about "Clyde the Bird," etc.

  I sing hush little baby don't you cry, daddy gonna buy you a.... And I make up stuff like, chilly fry, choo choo train, ting tong man, bubble gum fan etc etc. the funny part is DH likes the song as it's about daddy buying things but when he hears me sing this he gets all riled up like what the hell is a ting tong man? How am I going to go buy that!
