When will you have your baby shower?

I don't post often, but some of my friends and family have been asking about when I would like to have my shower. Some have suggested March, some April. I'm due May 28th. I would probably choose an earlier date just in case, but just wondering what you guys are planning?

Mine's the last weekend in March, I'm due June 4th. If I counted right I'll be 30 weeks. Can't wait!

I'm due in April, and my family only just started planning mine for early March. It seemed premature, to me, to do it much earlier than that. But I have a serious phobia about bringing baby items into my home, so I know they are trying to be respectful of that.

I think 2 months is perfect amount of time! Gives you enough time to enjoy your shower and time to buy whatever you still need, set up completely, and make returns. Im Due April 28th and my shower is Feb 27th

I'm due in mid-May and my shower is at the end of the month. I asked that it be held earlier than usual though because I want to still be comfortable enough to enjoy myself (and eat cake lol). I'll be about 25-26 weeks by the time of the shower.

My shower is at the end of March

i'll be 28 weeks, a little early but it just worked well with everyone's spring break and out of town guests.

Thanks! I'm thinking 8 weeks ahead or so sounds pretty good. I will probably try to shoot for the end of March.. can't believe how fast it's coming

I'm due May 22nd and my shower is scheduled for April 10th. I really wanted to do it the end of March, a good 2 months before so I wasn't a humongous, but we have a lot of out of town visitors and thought the weather would be nicer in April.

Now that I think about it I am glad we went with closer to the due date, because I think I would get even more anxious for baby if I saw all the stuff waiting for him or her to come!

I'm due on May 3rd and my shower is March 6th... I will be just shy of 32 weeks.

I'm due May 28th too and mine is March 27th. I told the planners that was the date I prefered, but that I for sure wanted the shower before April 16th. I didn't want it too early, but I also wanted time after to get anything else I needed and get it set up/ready.

I am due the end of April and I am having one baby shower Feb 5th for family that live a few hours away. Which is a little early, but it was when my sister could throw it. Then another for friends and family that live in our town March 5th.

My EDD is June 30th.

My shower is scheduled for March 26th putting me at 26 weeks. It will be this early because my sister lives on the other side of the US and that's her spring break time (meaning she can help plan and enjoy it without having to fly in and out in the same weekend or miss time at school).

I'm due July 13 and have two showers- one in late April and one in late May. My sister is throwing the late April one for my friends/family and wanted to do it earlier so it didn't interfere with her exam schedule, which I can appreciate. Plus hopefully it won't be super hot at that point bc NC summers are BRUTAL.

I'm due May 26th --so right around the same time as you and my shower is going to be in mid-march. I think that seems like a good time.

Friend shower is March 19th at 32 weeks and family shower March 26th at 33 weeks. I have heard rumors that work will throw me a shower but I have no clue when
